Stay away,stay well away
They're probably not bad if all goes OK in the first place, BUT
try getting something corrected, such as an item that's been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition.
Customer service is appalling.
They're nice enough and answer the phone and send nice e-mails full of promises, but try to get something resolved or for anyone to actually do something, forget it.
Shop here at your own risk in my opinion, I wont be again.
BTW Bath Empire is not their real name. ???? you decide

As a plumber I have used a lot of suppliers. As an earlier review said, BathEmpire are not brand names but the quality is good and looks more expensive than it actually is.
The taps arrived next day which is very important for me as a business. Will definately use this company again.

Bath Empire - Cheapest shower I could find on the internet and arrived next day even though
I went for cheaper delivery. Fantastic service and the shower looks brilliant A++++

Really pleased with Bath Empire. Got the shower enclosure i'd been looking for for considerable less money than i'd seen it elsewhere.

It arrived on time and it's due to be plumbed in tomorrow. Can't wait!

The item is of top quality and £30 cheaper than ARGOS who has a weeks wait before delivery. From BathEmpire the delivery was the next day which in fact was less than 24 hours.

Really nice products priced very competitively. I ordered a shower and a mirror cabinet from BathEmpire that arrived promptly.
They don't sell brand name goods, which i normally prefer to buy, but the quality is excellent.
