    General comments: Having recently had a bad experience with another online computer shop (one PC arrived smashed up, then another didn't work, followed by a refund!) I spent a long time checking out other online suppliers and decided to go with Arbico. I couldn't find many reviews so I rang them up and asked them a few questions. The salesman seemed like he knew what he was talking about, not just reading from a crib sheet.Their web site is very comprehensive and easy to navigate. Their custom build pages are really well implemented (the best of any site I looked at, and I looked at dozens) and all the options were accompanied by spec sheets and pictures.Despite wanting a pretty specialised machine the ordering process was very smooth and easy to follow. Automated emails were sent promptly confirming the payment and order and I was given a delivery date (9 working days) within a couple of days of placing the order. I also received regular emails saying what stage of build the PC was at, e.g. components ready, undergoing build, being tested, etc.There was a little confusion at one point because the graphics card I wanted was not available. Someone rang me right away but I was quoted two different prices for an upgrade to a 1Gb card from a 512Mb (I was quoted £20 and £40). However, a two minute phone call sorted this and I was charged the correct amount - £20.The day before delivery I was sent two emails to say it was ready for dispatch and then that it had been dispatched. It arrived the next morning, exactly as stated when I ordered.The computer itself was faultless. It was securely packaged and a glance inside the case showed it was a very neat build.Being very fussy I checked every single item and component and everything corresponded exactly to what I'd ordered. Powering up the system I was surprised just how quiet it was considering the spec, almost silent. I had requested an OS and was happy to see that not only had they patched it with the latest service pack, they had also set me up a user so I could get started straight away.Of course I can't comment on their support (and hopefully I won't have to!) but thus far I can't fault Arbico.
