First off I would like to apologize on behalf of Arbico for the problems you had with the PC.

You have mentioned a few issues and I would like to respond to these.

Our focus has never been or ever will be to get as much money out of the customer. The sales advice we give is always honest and impartial, based on customer requirements and many other reviews on the internet attest to the fact that we have actually advised customers to go for cheapers parts when more expensive ones were not needed.

The case that you ordered is imported from Germany and unfortunately we can not control its availability. We informed you that the case was no in stock and offered an alternative the very next day after the order was placed. Based on what we were told by our suppliers we tried to keep you updated as to when the case would become available. As you will see from other reviews on this and other sites we tend to normally ship PCs well within promised shipment times.

Warranty stickers, case badges and bulk order parts are normally used by all custom built PC makers and is industry standard practice. At the end of the day you are buying a Custom Built PC from a Branded Company and not building it yourself. As such you have to accept that when we build something, we would want to put our name to it. The marking at the back is the build number and is written at the back where it is not noticeable. The parts we use are purchased from standard UK distributors and are branded. Since we always honour our warranties it would only make sense to use parts which are reliable, branded and covered by manufacturer warranties. However, computer parts will still fail on occasion which is why we provide a warranty.

The RAM used in your PC was the incorrect brand (it was still however a good gaming brand which costs the same as the brand you requested). This was a genuine error and we would not have so easily given permission to open the case if we were trying to hide anything. As soon as you informed us the wrong brand had been used, we immediately agreed not only to replace it with the right brand but with faster speed to boot (a free upgrade worth £15). We also immediately agreed to replace the graphics card when it developed a fault.

At Arbico we try our best to provide a fully tested PC built with good quality parts and to exact customer specifications. However from time to time things do go wrong either due to human error at our end or due to components developing faults. Whenever this happens we try and resolve any issues as soon as possible with as little incovenience to our customers as possible. This is exactly what we did in this case.
