Rubbish company awful service, took 45 days for The Memory Foam Mattress Firm not to deliver a mattress topper, not calling when promised or emailing,I had to constantly call them, finally after contacting trading standards who advised me they had broken their contract to deliver, did I cancel the order. No apology!!!They also tried to charge £45 delviery after ordering although their site stated free delivery! Do not recommend at all. Be careful of them trying to put a delivery charge on top when they clearly state they are free delivery.

Avoid The Memory Foam Mattress Firm!I have successfully used a memory foam pillow for years. When staying in Australia recently I experienced a memory foam topper and was keen to purchase one when I returned.I tried the 3 inch topper (129.99) from the Memory Foam Mattress Firm and wished I never had. It had no 'memory' in it at all and when lying on my side I could feel the hardness of my mattress through the 3 inches (I am not at all overweight).
