Visa genie provided a fast efficient service in getting visas for my children. They filled in the paperwork which was of great help, resized the photos and answered all my queries promptly. Their service is exactly as they state on their website. Whole process with passports back in our hands in one week. My husband and I took photos with my iPhone (white background being a white door!) then emailed to visa Genie which adjusted photos to required size. Then emailed cruise itinerary and application forms. They email application forms back completed which we had to print and sign. Sent them the paperwork on a Tuesday and got the passports back by Saturday - I had paid for a 5 day service so wasn't expecting them until the following Weds. I would definitely use them again. Excellent service from Visa Genie. Our passports came back 6 days after we posted them down to London, with our visas for India inside. The system for visas for India demands that an online form be completed, and then paperwork sent in to back that up. Visa Genie did the forms for us - all we had to do was print them out, sign them, and send them off with passport and photos.
