The site was simple to read and navigate. Information and instructions were clear. Once our application for visa’s was submitted to the site the reply with further advicewas quick. Visa’s were with us within 3 days. Fantastic took all the stress out.of obtaining visa’s which if trying to obtain directly from the Indian Embassy would have been very challenging, We would definitely use again and recommend to all.

I love Visagenie. They are so fast! As well as being very approachable. They have excellent communication skills. They answer any queries promptly and are always friendly. They really know what they are doing. They can be relied on to look after your passport and return it to you and they remove your data from the system once everything has been done. Trustworthy. Friendly. Fast!

“Excellent Solution for Visas”

★★★★★

A brilliant service that transforms stressful complex work into a low effort simple result. I had reached page 5 of the official online form to gain a holiday visa for India when the questions got even harder. VisaGenie had been recommended to me and I found their site. Everything became easier. They clearly know the systems well enough to deliver a fantastic result. Could not recommend more highly.

We tried to use the official Indian Government website but were overwhelmed with the requirements and questions to answer. I do not think we would have managed to acquire our visa without the help of Visa Genie. Visa Genie made it simple and we wished we had used them in the first place. They were very patient with our lack of experience too!

It's worth every penny of the fee to avoid the blood sweat and tears of the Indian Government visa site. Visa Genie make it easy and incredibly quick. They also have a phone number you can ring with any queries. I would use them every time and advise anyone else to. A lot of the alternatives look pretty dodgy.

Hi We were going to apply for our Indian EVisas online ourselves but have read about this Company, can anyone please advise that if you send them your passport then is that all that is required on arrival at the airport in Goa as I understood that an EVisa was just a paper visa and that you can only get the stamp in your passport at the airport with fingerprint ID This is most confusing... But still cant wait to visit Goa in 3weeks Any help or advice would be most gratefully received Thanks

Hi. We failed to do our visas online. We couldn’t upload our photo (make sure you have a visa photo. It’s a different size from our normal passport photo). In desperation we found Visa Genie online. It cost us £177 for our two visas to be processed. The company were straightforward to deal with. We scanned our photos and passport photo page and e mailed it to them. Within 3 days we had our E Visa paper copies with the ID number and barcode e mailed to us. No hassle. We presented the copies with our passports at the airport in Delhi. No problems. Yes there is a machine at each counter which will take your photo and there’s a machine which takes your finger prints and thumb prints. A bit tricky. Make sure you don’t have sweaty or dirty hands as the machine can’t read your prints. You will love India!

Hi in goa now I used them as have not got a computer at home useing these will still give you a paper visa you still get your passports stamped on arrival and still have finger prints and eyes scanned I found useing this company stress free as no computer you can take a picture on your phone, take a picture of your picture page of your pass port email them with these, they will resize your photos and will get your visa gauranteed cost about £22.00 more than applying your selfs but thought it was worth it as Work away from home and week ends at home was more important to me then spending hours on a computer that I don’t have worrying if I could resize the picture to the right size and run it into a pdf file If your computer literate then doing it your self might be ok but I would recommend them for hassle free Evisa Kind regards and enjoy your trip our first time and loving it

My husband and I applied for Indian e-tourist visas on line as suggested by our tour company. My husbands was successful but mine was rejected with no reason given as to why. I checked the form throughly, the pictures were taken professionally. I've already lost $60 so reluctant to do it again as how do I know what was wrong. We're supposed to fly out in 2 weeks it's a tour of India only. Has anyone else had this problem?

We used visagenie for our recent trip to India, they will do everything for you. You don't have to download any photographs just send them the real ones. We had to have a multiple entry visa as we were visiting four different sea ports from a cruise ship but if you are flying into India you only need an e visa, just give visagenie a call they will guide you through the whole process. We had our visas back within a week can't praise their service enough.

Yes phone them as they are very helpful and quick. I filled in the visa form then rang to check what I had to send i.e. Cheque, copy of passport info and photo wth the ref no from their reply to my app form and when they received it they sent the visa by post or you could have it emailed and then print off yourself. It took only about a week. It was hassle free and would use them again without a doubt. Good hols

The beauty of visa genie is that you do not have to attend in person. They take the hassle out of having to travel to the Indian High Commission and at a reasonable cost. Speaking from someone who has done both routes I would recommend visa genie. When sending your documents I would ensure they go via registered post to ensure safe arrival.

We used Visa Genie in 2013. We dealt entirely by post and email, no need to attend in person. We were impressed with the service which included them producing the (very) specific photos by editing snaps we sent by phone/email. Queries were answered promptly and we were kept informed as the process proceeded. We were understandably concerned at submitting valuable documents 'into the ether' and were delighted when the passports with visas arrived promptly by registered post. The service was the best we have used, we recommend them.

I would enter my current husbands name, but best ask Visa Genie. You may want to take your marriage certificate with you to the air port or a copy at least to prove that the passport is yours as you have not changed the name in this.
Report this content dr.phil Written on: 17/12/2014
The question isn't clear. If your saying your maiden name is in your passport then the visa has to match that therefore put youre details exactly as they appear in your passport. If it asks for your husbands name then write his down (although I remember that they only request your details). One other bit of advice-ensure you have the full address of where you're staying as the airport authorities requires this.
Report this content Julie121 Written on: 17/12/2014
Anything related to a flight or travel, ie visa, insurance, ticket has to be in the name of the passport otherwise they will not let you travel If you are travelling with your current husband then he will have his own visa in his name If in doubt get visa genie to do it for you - they cost very little and were very efficient when I got mine Hope this helps

Hi, I am about to apply for a visa for China, but looking at the form there are sections I can't fully complete. When I arrive I am staying with a fellow student and exploring Beijing, so I don't have hotel details, then we are hoping to gradually move south but don't have a specific itinerary with dates of stops or hotels etc, Is this possible, would visa genie be able to be successful in applying for the visa when my tour of China is not fully planned. I do have a flight in and out booked but no hotel or internal flights. Can any one advise please? Matt

When I applied for my visa, I believe I only had to give details of the first hotel. You can always email visa genie with your question. They are very good at what they do.

I agree with luddite girl. Ask Visa Genie. I used them for China and India because they are very good.

Hi Matt. As long as you give your student accommodation address you should be fine. Happy travelling. Be care. Kellie

Hi Matt Just phone Visa Genie & ask them. They are incredibly helpful, making the whole process really easy & stress free.
