Good Points: As a practicing Psychiatrist who utilizes The Work of Byron Katie, I regard this book as the manual for doing The Work. Cognitive Therapy, although useful, ultimately pales in comparison to the potential span and depth of the full effects of the The Work of Byron Katie.

Bad Points: Without having access to audiotapes or the experience of witnessing Katie doing The Work, some people may have difficulty following some of the transcripts of The Work sessions in this book.

General comments: The Work is revolutionary and an essential tool for finding peace within. I highly recommend it! It is not psychotherapy or self improvement. It must be experienced first-hand to be understood.
