    Good Points: Nothing but the location and modern feel to it.


    Bad Points: Expensive.
    Poor English spoken.
    Did not provide what I asked for.
    Poor service.


    General comments: Don't go to Finesse Hair Salon. Place looks modern, clean and state of the art. It also has a seperate male barbers attached. Don't let this fool you, I was not offered any of their "complimentary" drinks, I had to ask or any magazines, hair dressers cannot speak good English, I told the hairdresser specifically what I wanted which was 3 inches of heat damaged hair trimmed off but she done her own thing anyway, only removed half an inch and feathered it which isn't what I asked for. I told her I was unhappy but she just wasn't understanding me. I reluctantly paid the £36 and left. Shoddy service, left disapointed and had to get my hair cut elsewhere.
