Dealt with James at Hoodaki for tickets to Singapore and Kuala lumpur, he was polite and efficient. contacted me via e mail to confirm details and then called the following day. Prices seem slighly cheaper but certainly on a par with other operators on sky scanner,received the e-tickets the next day as per email.

I found the experience of booking our flights a pleasant one, the young lady was very curtious. My only observation was i asked how to reserve our seats on the flight from amsterdam to Bangkok Idid not recieve that info.

last month i booked 2tickets from benz travel and i didnot know that i have to pay for cancellation .so,i paid £60./so,what i would like to comment is that before you book the tickets by any customer's you let us know that there will be cancellation charge and even the cancellation charge is expensive.if you can reduce the price. Thank you.

We booked flights to and from Melbourne, plus three domestic flights in Australia while we were there. The prices quoted were and are excellent, BUT we had a problem with the baggage allowances on our domestic flights in Australia and it has taken a long time to sort out, using many phone calls and emails. Very pleased to report all sorted out amicably today, to our complete satisfaction, - only three days before we fly, but better late than never, we guess!

I only ask for a quote, But when speaking to someone that rang me they said they had hung on to the flight I wanted to speak to my son about it but was rushed into buying the flight and it ended up costing me more than a flight Id see with ANOTHER COMPANY which was 841 pound for the same times I ended up paying 900 pound and because id be rushed into it . Ive got to pay more money because my name was wrong they ask for 120 pound I cant afford that so after a few conversations they said out of good will Ive just got to pay 50 pound Ive been given extra time to get the 50 pound they ask for I was ask to borrow it or can I draw it from another account I said I DON,T have any more money I am a pensioner and was looking for a flight under 900 pound with visa and Then I had to ask about baggage meals and seats which wasn't explained to me before I payed THIS IS SUPPOSE to be my 65 birthday treat to see my son ive not seen in six years Im very disappointed with the whole affair

Rodney was polite and helpful and patient and returned my calls and I could not fault his service. However, the only problem, and this was a MAJOR problem, was the system of paying on-line by credit card using a totally automated system. It took literally several hours of my time and only with the third card I tried did I succeed. So I would not be happy to have to use this method again. Because of this I'm not sure I could recommend this to a friend,
