    Completely unless - all they want is your credit card details - then they do not take calls or send confirmation emails - DO NOT USE !!! I lost £4000

    I booked a flight to go to Abu Dhabi, a staff member took my card details and sent me itentrary confirmation by e-mail. On travel day, when I got to the check in, they told me there was no ticket issued. I spent about 1 hr on the phone to the Wise Miser part of Benz Travel, he could not explain what went wrong and I received no apology. I can only assume that he forgot to issue me the ticket, which resulted in me having to pay 648.00GBP instead of 274GBP which was originally quoted for me. Ben ...

    Booked flights with overnight accomodation via airline. All benz travel had to do was email the airline to request this, the attitude and customer service skills diminish once they get the money from you. Several phone calls later and after false promises, they still could not be bothered to send the email. It took an email to the managing director to resolve the issue, and they did not even bother to acknowledge or address issues raised. I would never book with them again which is certainly the ...

    Had a problem with a missed connection because benz travel did'nt allow us enough time to transfer at heathrow and the did'nt want to know. It cost me £316 extra. Very poor service. Also using the names:

    Benz Travel took a booking and credit card details on the Thursday night. Told me definitely had the flights (Christmas time so not much availability). Payment was only taken on Monday afternoon. An hour after payment had been taken got an email to say Airline had cancelled flights and that the only flight out would mean a 14 hour stopover! I checked this out and the airline hadn't cancelled the flight merelt had changed the pricing of some of the seats so the company didn't want to give me the ...
