Whilst we have always enjoyed the Millbrook beds, our last purchase has proved to be a let down as the memeory matress hasn't met our expectations

bought millbrook bed 2 yrs ago sagged within year had exchanhe and same thing again Millbrook refused 2nd time ,this is obviously a design fault, bed so uncomfortable that I now have severe back pain and constantly tires. do not but millbrook in my opinion and afer 2 mattress disasters you are better off on the floor retailer excellent but millbrook customer service apalling

had the matress changed once as indentations of body is too much,the base has rust marks on where staples are and the retailer has been out to us and agreed that we cannot possably accept the indentations that are once again in the mattress, millbrook refuse to refund our money and refuse to exchange the mattress again, we have lost all faith in this 8 month saga,
we would like to have been told that this matress will sag and look unsightly in a few short months
i cannot give Dreams Millbrook ...

Don't buy a Millbrook Duchess from Dreams in a superking size as it is not the standard 6'6" length! We bought a mattress from them and it is too short for our bedstead, we are currently in dispute with Dreams but they just don't want to know so avoid them like the plague!
