After surfing the web for weeks, and rifling through endless wedding magazines i spotted a gorgeous dress in weddingideasmag by Berketex Bride. I went online and booked an appointment and soon enough i was in the Peterborough store trying on the dress i had seen in the magazine. i bought a dress from berketex brides,when i went into the shop in may this year,the staff were very nice,couldnt do enough for you,thats cos there takeing your money,i paid my dress in full over 3months,couldnt wait to go and get it as was made up,the dress i picked was lovely,ivory/silver.i went to pick my dress up a couple of days ago,8.9.2010.wen i got in the shop the staff askd me to sign form as was pickin dress up so i did as neva thought anythink would happen,when i saw dress i told... “Was looking forward to my appointment at berketex in...”

Was looking forward to my appointment at berketex in Peterborough but when i arrived didnt like the shop or staff in there! The lady sat me down and spoke to me like i was a child then told me to try on what she suggested! when i told her i didnt like what she had picked she became very rude and pushy. She insisted i had found my gown and i didnt need to go to my other oppointment. My mum had to step in and save the day,told her we was going to look around so we left promtly! I ended up...
