Good Points: The amazing views! Once you get over the views you start to see the large villa, the many shaded terraces and outdour spaces, comfortable furnishings and private pool.

Bad Points: Having to go home!

General comments: We recently spent 2 weeks in Paradise at Villa Tymnessos! What a lovely home! There were 7 of us, including a baby. We all had wonderful accommodations, with plenty of personal space. We all awoke to breathtaking views every day and enjoyed wonderful breezes while we had our morning coffees on our balconies. The blue mist over the Med in the morning is just amazing. The private pool and the lush flowers and shrubs create a most tranquil space. The villa was just a short drive or walk down to the village. Such friendly merchants and great shops. We thoroughly enjoyed Kalkan's many restaurants, with their wonderful views of the harbor and Kalkan Bay. Such a relaxing atmosphere. We really felt like we were on vacation, no hurrying or scurrying, and did not want to go home.
We hope to be return every year. We thought that living in the southern US was relaxing, until we discovered Villa Tymnessos and Kalkan!
