Good Points: Powerful Vtec engine, redlines at 8200 rpm, Amazing noise and power, very reliable and still economical, 4 doors and a decent boot. A/c, twin air bags, Disc brakes all round, ABS.
    0-60 in 8 seconds standard.

Bad Points: road noise on motorway. You have to rev it hard to get the best out of it, But the again it absolutely loves it.

General comments: Having previously owned a couple of civic coupe's. i decided to go for the real deal and get myself the Honda Civic VTI Saloon 1600 cc. However it took me nearly 3 months to find one as they are so rare. i am not a fan of hatchbacks so got myself the 4 door saloon. Its a very practical car and looks great. Although mine is now 10 years old and has done over 120k, it goes like a bullet and handles very well, I use it daily for work and on weekends for drives on motorway and it takes it all in its stride.
