    Good Points: None. The location of Lla Franc is absolutely beautiful! but we suggest you DO NOT use Badia Real


    Bad Points: Villa was completely unsuitable to rent. No decent shower, smelt awful, kitchen doors hanging off. Not good enough for 6 people to stay in for a week. Sticky floors, grubby looking sofas and furniture. WE were actually blamed for this by the letting agency.


    General comments: Awful. Incredible rude when we complained, seemed to discount the fact we were paying customers and looked down at us as if we were below them in some way. Did not offer to find us somewhere more appropriate.Badia Real completley ruined our stay in Lla Franc. After we left, we receive an email suggesting that we may have stolen some items from the villa. We have heard rumours of these people being completely incompetent but thought we would give them a go as they were english speaking which we thought was a bonus. They have no manners and no idea how to deal with people. My husband was shouted at by one of the english speakers in Spanish, this came across very rude and showed a total lack of respect for their customers and total lack of professionalism.
