    Good Points: no good pionts to the holiday at all


    Bad Points: no towel or sheet change all week. nowhere to put rubbish, not cleaned all week. couldnt have any fun in the pool.no sunbeds at pool,a spanish woman coming out telling you off at anything we did. the beach was half hour walk away down hill going but obviously up hill coming back it should be stated that transport is recomended as there was nothing anywhere near the apartments.


    General comments: we have just come back from benidorm,staying at the islandia apartments,what a terrible experiance.the coach dropped us at the end of the rd,the spanish driver pionted up the road ,off we trundled with cases & handluggage + a 3yr old in tow,eventually we found the islandia,we knew there was no reception & that the keys had to be picked up from somewhere else ,but we didnt expect it to be a mile away from the apartments & no directons,one of our party went walking round looking for it,while the rest of us stood outside the apartments with our cases.the address for the keys turned out to be an estate agents about a mile from islandia,we also had to leave 100 eauro,s deposit to get the keys.we got these back the day we came home & handed the keys in. so wasnt a good start to our holidays,we were all worn out & fed up by this time.the apartment was basic but ok.would never reccomend these apartments for anybody worst holliday we have ever had
