    Good Points: Good prices


    Bad Points: Poor customer service, very very poor.


    General comments: Bought a couple of touch screens from this website console-spares.co.uk for the Nintendo DS Lite. Only one arrived in the packet, when I contacted them I was treated like muck and said to be fraudulant.

    Was told not to bother using the site again and customer services slammed the phone down on me. Not the way I would treat my customers and not the way i expect to be treated.

    I am now in the process of recovering my money via Paypal and will NEVER deal with these people again.
