Good Points: This is one of the best books I have ever read...It should be required reading by all high school and college students.
Bad Points: Not one bad point.
General comments: This is truly a life changing book! If someone can learn how to talk to themself, in a positive and uplifting way, it will change their life, and the lives of those with whom they are in daily contact.

This book is a fast read. Sadly, I have had this book for ages and only now decided to read it. Too bad for me. This is a remarkable book and Dr. Helmstetter's belief that only the easiest to use self-help programs will find their way in most of the populations repertoire of 'utilized' information. I know this rings true for me. With Dr. Helmstetter's instrutions in his book I am putting this fantastic to work in my life NOW to make my long needed changes and much desired dreams come true.- Read tomtorrez's review (106 words)
