    Appalling customer service and nonchalant attitude. Happy to take your money but not deliver what you would expect. Gave me a variety of excuses as to why they hadn't delivered it, all of which didn't match up and barely made sense. Awful company to deal with and that is no exageration.

    I have ordered twice from the bike outlet once for my childs birthday and more recently for my wifes birthday and on both occassions I have been seriously impressed with the level of service I had from the store, The staff were helpful and full of advice when I rung them regarding the size I needed and in the case of my wifes bike the delivery was next day

    Unbelievably lazy "customer service" - refused to look up order and consignment number for delivery, which still has not been delivered 6 days after payment taken. Told a pack of lies about it being Parcel Force - they have no record of the consignment. Told it had gone to Ireland!!!!! No response to emails and no return of phone calls.

    Still waiting for the bike and about to cancel the order - thanks a lot!

    Order a bike 8 days ago, no communication other than initial order confirmation. Money debited from credit card on day of order. Website vaguely says 'upto 5 working days' for delivery, but promises to advise upon dispatch. No reply to an email sent two days ago asking what delay was. Phone call yesterday was not answered. Bike Outlet clearly has no concept of 'customer service', though I am forced to give them '1' rather than '0' which is what they deserve.

    It has been 7 days since I ordered on bike outlet, although the funds were taken from my account I was given no information about whether or not the product was in stock; there was no reply to my emails until I phoned after 5 days to find my order was out of stock but should be in stock the day after. Only after the phone call did I receive any emails.Since then I have heard nothing and am still waiting for my order to be delivered or even dispatched.
    Lack of communication /Misinforming website ...
