    PLACED AN ORDER VIA FEOCHAN SMOKE HOUSE WEBSITE. 3 WEEKS LATER ORDER NOT DESPATCHED AND ONLY 1 RESPONSE FROM COMPANY. THEY PROMISED TO LOOK INTO MISSING ORDER BUT HAVE BEEN OUT OF CONTACT SINCE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY STILL HAVE MY PAYMENT AND HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND. HAVE REFERRED THE DETAILS TO OBAN TRADING STANDARDS. wILL WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS NOW. wOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY RATINGS IF SITE DID NOT DEMAND IT

    Having made a Visa Card internet order (through Willie Fish' Feochan Mhor smokehouse site) I heard nothing. I called the company and also emailed them and I got a reply apologising for the delay and that the order would be fulfilled immediately. Since then I have heard nothing and have been unable to get a reply by phone or email. I would like a refund but there is no response so I have lost my money.
