    great service, friendly staff. happy with the service they provide. they do charge a fee but all companies do, i was with the cccs previously and they didnt take a fee but the service was terrible. I would much rather pay the fee and have them take my mail and phone calls away.

    Companies like this are here to help or so their website led me to believe, how wrong. If I could only charge fees at the rate they do I wouldn't have needed their help, but then I believe in working for my money!Sorry for the one star rating as it doesn't reflect their service, you can't give them no stars on this site

    A poor company with poorly advised sales staff, did not advise us that our credit status would be affected and "forgot" to tell us that the first two payments are in fact there fee!! We stopped using them as they were useless and we could do a better job ourselves, one of the worst companies I have ever come across, avoid at all costs!!

    Despite my financial problems, I received a professional abd helpful service from chase saunders. I did speak to a few other companies but the advisor I spoke to went that extra mile. Didnt patronise me, just gave good realistic advice. Just glad to be able to sleep at night. Management fee will cost me a few quid but think it;s well worth it. Thank you for your help!

    I have been struggling with debt since i got made redundant and missed quite a few payments with my loans and credit cards, i didnt know what to do, i was getting letters left right and centre from them as well as the 20 phone calls a day. I made a few enquries on the internet for debt help and had a few comapnies call me, the one that stood out was Chase Saunders as they didnt give me all the bull like the other companies!
