The item itself was on offer great value, the handles on cabinet were damaged in transit, one phone call and replacements being sent, that's what I call good customer service, the man I spoke to was very nice and kept me informed, top marks I will definitely be going back and I will recommend Northampton Reptile Centre to my friends. I signed up for the live food delivery service and have now received 3 deliveries of mealworms, locust and wax worms. The creatures were in top condition and there were many more of them per box than I have previously purchased at the local chain pet store. The convenience of having them delivered to my home at no extra charge is amazing and I can amend the contents of my delivery easily online. I ordered an arcadia basking lamp for my tortoises but when it arrived i had ordered the wrong wattage, so I rang up and explained what had happened and they were so helpful and sent me out another bulb and I sent the other one back. Also they are the cheapest i have found online and delivery is very quick. The bulb was packaged VERY well, couldnt of done it any better! The locusts from here are in good condition and they arrive promptly yet despite my being a good regular customer they are unwilling to supply me with one box weekly on a subscription type account......they need bigger orders...as there are so many other suppliers on the internet all equally priced and supplying equally good live food i would have thought my custom was wanted...sadly not.I have been able with ease to open my account elsewhere. Very good service. The 2 reptile UV lamps I ordered over the internet arrived promptly. One wasn't working and I was sent a replacement very quickly. The staff I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and I will use this company again.
