    Very pleased with the Honda lawnmower better than we expected. Very good price. Easy purchase, very efficient company and fast delivery.

    Would definitely use Lawnmowers Direct again.

    Free next day delivery to the Scottish Borders which was impressive considering I ordered it in the afternoon. The most competitive price I could find combined with excellent customer service from Lawnmowers Direct who personally confirmed that the lawnmower was packed and would be with us before midday. I couldn't ask for more.

    I found what I wanted, a Hayter mower on the Lawnmowers Direct website, which I found easy to use and follow. Value for money is certainly excellent with £133 off RRP price and free delivery. Add to this the exemplary service I received and the whole deal becomes astoundingly good. Within three minutes of finishing my on-line order I was telephoned to be asked if I could take delivery two days later. The delivery was made on time.     I ordered my Atco Windsor electric 14s lawnmower by phone after reviewing the product on the website.I got straight through and the transaction was completed very efficiently by the Lawnmowers Direct sales assistant. The price was the cheapest on the net and I was confident there were no hidden costs.The product arrived at my home two days later (very quick turn around at no extra cost ).     I spoke to Lawnmowers Direct prior to purchasing a replacement lawnmower. I was impressed with their courtesy and level of advice. My new lawnmower (in a large box, on a pallet) arrived on the agreed date. The only negative comment - the delivery man was by himself and didn't wait whilst my wife called next door for some assistance to offload the van, so we're not sure how controlled was the descent of the mower package to road level!     Excellent customer service from Lawnmowers Direct. I did have a problem with the chainsaw I bought - this was fixed and replaced with no questions asked. Recommended and very different from usual Internet buying experiences.

    Customer service from Lawnmowers Direct has been exceptional. Delivery was very prompt.

    I emailed with a technical query after a couple of months - I expected the usual scenario of having to contact a company several times before receiving a response - instead I received a call back within five minutes with a simple explanation.

    The only downside is that the web site is a bit of a mystery in that with both purchases I went round in a loop trying to complete the transactions - but both times e ...

    I ordered the item on Monday dispatch would be 2 - 3 days it arrived the next morning. It took me about 10 minutes to fit and by 1pm I was scarrifiying my lawn!
    I called to check that the model available would still fit my lawnmower which is 12 yaers old.
    It is nice to have a web site that you can speak to someone for advice, and know that you have contact details and an address if you have a problem.

    Lawnmowers Direct provides an excellent service.

    Thank you Lawnmowers Direct for your excellent service in acquiring the lawnmower and happy to report that it meets all our expectations. It is easy to handle and empty and also easy to maintain after use. The fact that you can get close to the edges of the lawn is a great bonus and leaves a tidy finish.
    The roller on the mower is also a benefit and has made a difference already even though we have not had the mower very long.

    Good website - phoned Lawnmowers Direct to check mower was in stock (5 available)

    They held back the delivery a day or two so that it arrived on the day I was home.

    The machine is a great success and the grass is growing much better

    Extremely quick delivery from lawnmowers direct; ordered Sun night & delivered Tuesday morning ! Unfortunately was not in for first delivery but was able to easily re-arrange a more convenient time.
    If only they sent me an e-mail when the order was shipped, then there would be an extra star for customer service .

    Ordered from Lawnmovers Direct website but had a problem when my work pc crashed when I clicked to pay. However the company telephoned me back straightaway and I completed the order by phone. The item arrived within 36 hours. A first class service overall and recommended.

    Excellent service. Mower ordered Monday AM delivered on Wednesday PM.
    Wrong model sent, telephoned on Thursday AM mistake rectified. Correct mower delivered on Friday and other taken away. I was very impressed with this and by members of staff I spoke to on the telephone.
    The Lawnmowers Direct website was very good and gave me all the information I needed on my intended purchase. Moss
