    Excellent choice, fast delivery, accommodating customer services-I oredere several pairs of sunglasses for choice and fitm when I returned 2 items and asked for a glasses case to be sent thus the need for adjustment to my refund, it was not a problem at all, dealt with accurately and promptly.First class. I will recommend this site to anyone.

    I ordered a pair of D&G sunnies 2 weeks befor my holdiay, expecting them to take a week or so to get to me. BUT i was so happy to hear that they were being sent to me first class (free of charge) about 2 hours after i ordered them! And i received them within 2 days.
    This is a great service, and cheaper than everywhere else that i looked! :)
    Thank you I love my sunnies.

    this is the 2nd time i have used this website for sunglasses and found the customer service very good indeed.
    this time i couldn't choose what coulour or style i wanted so i ordered 3 pairs of dirtydog in 3 styles,iwas going to only have 1 and send the other 2 back for a refund but i kept 2 pairs, i returned the 1 pair and was refunded with in 5 working days.
    im very happy with the service and customer services were a great help.
    i have recommended them to many of my friends, thank you ...

    Placed the order online and the sunglasses turned up the next day, can't ask for any more than that. Would definitely use them again.

    Here goes my costumer experience with directsunglasses uk (in fact similar to the review provided by previous reviewer mccarthycraig's).

    Let's go to the facts:

    - order place on 22nd August 09 (my credit card charged immediately!!)
    - no news received until I contacted them on 1st Sept
    - delays with the delivery from Italy
    - no more news until I contacted them again on 14th Sept
    - again delays from Italy, alternative sunglasses offer made
    - cancelled order on 14th Sept (promissed an immediate ...

    A lot of bother for nothing

    I ordered sunglasses from this company. I pre-paid for the glasses and special delivery in good faith. I was later informed that the glasses are 'discontinued' and unavailable.

    I expected some communication explaining all of my options in response, but received only an offer of an alternative product.

    I requested a refund and received the response 'New Status: Cancelled'. As these circumstances are not outlined in the 'Conditions of Use', I was left wondering wh ...

    I wanted advice on buying specialist oakleys so phoned Direct Sunglasses. Very well-informed and friendly staff. Oakleys arrived next day.

    I am very happy with Direct Sunglasses. Customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate recommending them. I ordered my sunglasses Saturday July 25th and they arrived Tuesday 28th. I think if I ordered them on a week day they would have arrived the next working day.

    I have just received my first order from direct sunglasses and i have been very pleased with the service. I rang to check my sunglasses were in stock yesterday as i need them for the weekend. They were very helpful and i have got my sunglasses already!
    I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

    Great service kept me up to date throughout my order. Great sunnies and really good value for money, received my parcel in 3 days. I would recommend Direct Sunglasses to all my friends and family.

    Was slightly concerned as my wife's birthday was a week away and needed to get a present in a hurry, i called Direct Sunglasses up and they had such a wide selection. The lady on the phone was very helpful and got my order done in no time at all, i recieved my wife's sunglasses in just 2 days, in plenty of time for her birthday, and will be ordering from them again.
    I would definatly recommend these guys for such a great service and at such a great price.

    Direct Sunglasses customer service was great, website is easy to understand, my sunnies arrived well within the time frame given. cant fault them.
    service was great all round and will be informing all friends and family to use them.

    I bought a pair of sunglasses on the directsunglasses website on the 02nd July, the day next I got an e-mail telling me the delivery would take up to 10 working days... I waited... And nothing. I call them on the 10th working day and they told me they were ordering the item in Italy and it would not be with me until the beginning of August. I decided to cancel my order and the surprise came when they told me they would keep the payment until at least the 5th August!!! Never got the item, was cha ...

    I have used directsunglasses many times now and found them a pleasure to deal with.
    All products are at reasonable prices and only once been out of stock,but have ordered it for me, and ive recieved it within the time stated.

    I found Direct sunglasses to be generally ok, i orderd my sunglasses and they turned up in the 3-5 days quoted, they are as described so i have no complaints really.
