A large group of us arrived at the restaurant. Those who were not eating, maybe 3 out of 25 people were charged 5 pounds to sit down. We were rushed through dinner, and told we needed to hurry and leave after perhaps and hour and a half, most of which was spent waiting for food. As we were leaving, the waiter was complaining about how slow we were. When confronted, he verbally assaulted us, using extremely offensive language, and nearly physically assaulted two members of our group. The... (read more)

The food at Curry King Cambridge was fine, although the portions were small and on the expensive side. When we asked for the bill there was an unpleasant surprise. Near the top, amongst the prices for the various dishes, an extra sum had been added which we did not recognise as being something we ordered. When we questioned what it was the waiter showed us the menu with 'we reserve the right to add a service charge'. Whilst I recognise that some restaurants do this, the percent charged is...
