i have opened an account with chilli talk plus and purchased £5 credit and when i wanted to use the service i couldnt coz it was asking me for pin and the say no pin diling. i thought i have lost my money as no one picked the call in call center and email was bounced. then i googled and found out that the compnu belongs to vectone group so i approached them and the replied to it and fixed the problem and now i am using the service and its not bad to be honest i hope this might help many of you guys

The service has started etiorating of late. They have a very bad customer care centre with arrogant agents. Not recommended.

Still today baseline is same.....
1) Customer Service waste of time
2) Claimed to charge 3p/min for pakistan, but actually they charged as much as upto 10p/min in my last couple of cards
3) It used to be a good card in past.
