Calling Card - Chilli Talk

Chilli Talk is an out and out scam. I didnt use the card for about a month and suddenly I find that the balance is zero!!!

All they explicitly mention is that they charge call charges per minute and valid for 90 days.

What they DO NOT mention is that if you do not use the card for some length of time (which is not specified...) You will be charged a "database maintenance charge" which can be "upto" 10p a day!!!

The call center employees are absolutely humbug. I was put on hold even before they asked for my details!!!! My call was frequently dropped and I must have called at least 10 times for everytime someone to talk to me!!! I spoke to 2 employees and both times I was hung up on when I asked for their name and supervisor!!!

Hi I paid chillitalk £10 by credit card and £5 by debit card but never got the top up voucher.I called customer service of the credit and debit card and contested the payment as chillitalk is fraud.Got my money back.I suggest you do that as well.Coz sometimes when chilli talk website says transaction failed the money is still taken from your card.I found out that today when i called helpline of credit and debit card.
Chilli talk customer service is most studipest on earth.theyt never ...

I had a very bad experience with Chillitalk. The call centre guys are too pathetic and they dont listen to us at all. They deliberately disconnected the calls even after waiting around 15 minutes in the queue. This is the worst calling card I've used so far and request all not to go for this cheating company. I have lost 12 pounds. They dont advertise about the validity period, but they have an hidden expiry which no one can understand.

Chilli Talk advertised that it cost only 3 p/min
actually its totally crap. I tried it many times
it always cost 5/min. Infact more than 5/min.
They also have daily charges on their calling
card.

So I strongly disagree 2 use this card.

good minutes untill u have actually used it ,becoz its says more minutes that it actually gives ,and the Chilli Talk customer service is worst,and last but not least ,if u by god grace u get connected to a customer service advisor he wont listen to u and will disconect ur call.

well i have used this Chill Talk card its worth it. Gives you alot of free minutes only when few pence are left don't drop call you won't be able to use them. Its wicked card better then any card i have used

Today I had a very bad experience with Chilli Talk. I was trying to make a call to my Family in India suddenly I got message that my pin is temporary unavailable, then i tried to customer service on 207 179 2144, my was in queue and after 25 minutes it got disconnected, Again I tried to contact customer service it was in in queue for 19 minutes and got disconnected, again i tried it was in queue for 9 minutes and disconnected. I used Chilli Talk to make calls to Pakistan and Canada and found the card very good compared to some of the other cards i have tried.

I think its value for money.

Has been ok in the past but not anymore . Chilli talk calling card rate for Pakistan has been 3p/min, Yesterday i called Pakistan and was charged over 8p/min.BEWARE as they dont even take calls ,i tried calling customer services and i was sitting listening to music for 15 minutes and then got cut off. So no way anyone is able to get their credit back.DONT BUY CHILLI TALK CALLING CARD.
