chilli talk is 1 of the worst calling cards that any1 can think off,their customer service is totally crab and they dont bother to solve your problem n never resolve your problem,they just keep u hanging for months and months just for a little problem.I m not gonna gine them any star and believe me they dont even deserve zero star feedback, they deserve -ve stars. Bought this card from a shop, didin't worked on my mobile, phoned customer service, a guy called lalit answered- good guy but could help me on using the card on my moblie and he says my moblie is registered and he don't know how to put a new pin on it. after 20-25 min phoned, told me to use a number which doesn't work and also told that a coonection fee of 15p will apply while my voucher says ''NO CONNECTION FEE''. I would say i have used other phone services but for the past 08 months ,chillitalk has kept me busy. few good things.calls to pakistan are 01pence/minute. secondly you can opt in for auto credit upload ,it will credit your account for £5 when balance drops below £2. thirdly for pinless dialing,you can add up to around 3 numbers and can call directly without hassle of dialing pin codes as it happens when you buy credit on telephone cards. now bad bits. their website is currently showing no... My wife and I have used this firm for the past twelve months or so and I must say their service has generally been good. Unfortunately, we have now suffered the same fate as others, when attempting to re-charge our account via their web-site. Yes, you've guessed it, "Chillitalk" collect the cash from your bank - but it doesn't get you any 'phone credit! I can agree with all of the reviews here as this is one of the most scam business. They know only to to charge your bank account. No service. I cannot give them at lease a single star rating. I got their savour bundle and still trying to cancel it. They keep charging my account. But still I can't make any calls. It simply says that I do not have enough credit to call. I bought a calling card.The calls keep dropping every 3 mins. Only once in 10 calls will the call not drop. I am stuck with them and cant wait for the phonecard to get over. With Airtel recently going out of calling cards market in UK, I was looking for a cheap way of making calls. So I went for Chilli talk. It seems to be a good service but my only gripe is that I cannot get the pin less service to work. So I have introduced a pause and then my pin number in my address book. It takes about 10 seconds more to get to dialing the number bit but I don't need to remember it.
I also got the free offer of 1000 minutes for 4 weekends to India.

I personally wouldnt even give one star for the service chilli talk provides.firstly after registering online , i attempted to call and it didnt work. after callingg 0845 number and holding for 10 mins the line dropped off.so i had to pay that extra call charge to my phone company.i emailed them,someone called after 3 days and sorted my issue of placing calls but i still couldnt log in my account. after one week i contacted them again and they resolved my issue in another week.after 3weeks i... i have opened an account with chilli talk plus and purchased £5 credit and when i wanted to use the service i couldnt coz it was asking me for pin and the say no pin diling. i thought i have lost my money as no one picked the call in call center and email was bounced. then i googled and found out that the compnu belongs to vectone group so i approached them and the replied to it and fixed the problem and now i am using the service and its not bad to be honest i hope this might help many of... I heard lot about ChilliTalk calling card and finally used is yesterday. It's unfortunate that this is a really substandard product. Only few hundred minutes despite of its claim for over thousands. I will not use it again or recommend it to anyone.

We have been using chilli talk for sometime and recently I have found that they are fraud - advertising wrong rates and charging much higher.I was given records of my calls from Chilli Talk customer services (yes you too can ask for yours providing your pin) which clearly showed they ripped me off 30% of the card value.I have been chasing them for an answer but they have gone quiet. It is a shame such providers use the loophole in the system and rob their own customers. wouldn't recommend. (read more)

I hate ChilliTalk cause they ripped me off.
Here are the facts.
1) They charge up to 25 connection fee....Seems obvious now why we get disconnected doesn't it!!?!?
2) They charge 49p daily maintenance fee. So you pay even if you don't use the service.

Okay - now I'm trying to call Pakistan and I'm calling on a mobile. Chilli talk USED to be one of the best in that I would get about 2.5 hours from a £5 calling card (calling a 'Ufone' network mobile in Pakistan). All of a sudden (sometime around the end of July) the minutes dropped so for £5 I was talking for 1.5 hours (also, if you buy a £10 chilli talk voucher you get significantly less minutes!). i tried the card for a while now and its very good compared to many others. it charged very reduced prices to Egypt as low as 0.5 pence a minuite on many occasions for the first hour of talk. Sometimes it charged me 2.5 p when the normal rate is 5p. the quality can vary enourmously from day 2 day and from one min to another. they did not deduct for daily maintainance as some said. Chilli Talk is an out and out scam. I didnt use the card for about a month and suddenly I find that the balance is zero!!!
All they explicitly mention is that they charge call charges per minute and valid for 90 days.
What they DO NOT mention is that if you do not use the card for some length of time (which is not specified...) You will be charged a "database maintenance charge" which can be "upto" 10p a day!!!

Hi I paid chillitalk £10 by credit card and £5 by debit card but never got the top up voucher.I called customer service of the credit and debit card and contested the payment as chillitalk is fraud.Got my money back.I suggest you do that as well.Coz sometimes when chilli talk website says transaction failed the money is still taken from your card.I found out that today when i called helpline of credit and debit card.

I had a very bad experience with Chillitalk. The call centre guys are too pathetic and they dont listen to us at all. They deliberately disconnected the calls even after waiting around 15 minutes in the queue. This is the worst calling card I've used so far and request all not to go for this cheating company. I have lost 12 pounds. They dont advertise about the validity period, but they have an hidden expiry which no one can understand. (read more)
