This is one of the worst service that I would ever use. It hardly allows you to connect to the destination number and everytime comes back with the pin number doesnt work or the call gets disconnected. I have tried to calm myself thinking that its me but no...everytime I renew the account, it gives the same result. Pathetic phone connection...I would not recommend it to anyone.

We have been customers of Chilli Talk for quite some time. Similar to others, all of a sudden we got a message "This number is no longer available". Sent messages to customer service who could not bother to reply. Similarly, it appears that we can no longer use our login credentials for top up. Sent message via live chat. Yes you guessed it. No one at the other end. Rubbish service as a whole. Not to mention the top up issues such as credit gets doubled, VAT without mentioning etc. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

tried to up up £20 online, didn't go through. Tried again - no luck. 20 minutes later I get two notifications for to up and took out £48 from my account!!!! Who on earth quote top up value excl. VAT??? Tried to contact by phone and get this there i no bloody number to call them on. Online chat service was terrible. Wanted to somehow spend the £40 credit and move on but connection quality TERRIBLE and now I'm getting a message saying 'THIS PIN NUMBNER IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE' ...why?????? I have been trying to top up over the last 2 weeks.Their web page is from 19th century. I have sent several emails to customer service without any reply.Not at all satisfactory.

Dont like calling cards...waste of money and time. Im glad I dont use then any more..I bought a small box which gives me 1000 min plus the best thing is I can carry it around with me n travel abroad. . No more cards the amount of time I had to dial the number :(

I brought a international home bundle and the line is meant to be connected withing 4 working day and today is the 7th day its still not connected. I have call customer care more than 10 times non has been helpful apart from giving fake promises saying the line will be connected in 24hrs or they will call me back ASAP. They them self don't know weather the line is activated or not or whats the problem with the line. I'm very disappointed with the service.This is one of the worse services I have ever used the customer care is terrible not helpful at all.

I am happy to say this, I’m user of chillitalk for the past one year. I have enjoyed lot with cheap international rates of chillitalk. 2 weeks back i faced some difficulties in call and voice quality, immediately i taken this issue to the customer support team. They resolved it on the same day i complained. Now everything works fine.

I have used them for over 2 years and has upgraded my phone now First of all it doesn't work with Iphone5S and if you try to call their customer services they will transfer it to IT and the excuse is they will comeback to you which they will never, same applies, if you try to communicate with them over live chat or email if they cannot rectify the problem they will disconnect the chat without letting the customer know and you will not get any email in reply at all. The only emails in response to the queries are automated. Waste of time, will never recommend to anyone.

I was overcharged. I wrote them an email to look into the matter following which I was sent a ticket without any further instructions, what was i supposed to do with the ticket? I wrote them an email again, no reply this time. I tried chatting, I was told they only deal with new customers. I tried chatting a second time, never got a reply after an initial greeting. This company is only interest in making money and trapping new customers.

this is the absolute worst calling card. I've had the card for a day then decided to make a call and from the start I could not get a connection. i called customer service, and all for the first 11 calls they kept asking for the pin number and telling me the card is now okay. After that they told me they would pass it on to the technical department. and they would call me back. this has been going on now for ten days and they still have not sorted it. I want to say to anyone wanting to use this card stay a million miles away from them.

There IT support and Customer services does not know any thing if the apps doesn't work all they have to explain is that our IT is looking into it and will get you shortly but no one is bother to call back. I wouldn't recommend this app.

I AM USING CHILLITALK. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. MONEY ONLY TAKEN IN TIME. SO DONT uSE THAT PRODUCT.

The service has gone down the drain. Their new app is pathetic. It wont even let you login. The developer of the app does not reply and contacting anyone from the website gets you a no reply as well. I have emailed them twice but got no reply, and now I have heard a lot of complaints where money has been charged but credit not added. I will definitely not trust a company that will not even talk to its customers. STAY AWAY!

I have wasted an entire day calling the ''customer services'' in Chennai at my own expense to resolve an isuue. Chilli talk has taken the money out of my account twice and has not credited my chill talk account with currency. I spoke to Vinod, Shidhar (so called manager), Pradeep (so called manager) repetedly trying to get the issues resoled, all the three idots could not get a simple issue resolved!Bunch of automated fools who cannot do a simple job, I had an emergency today and could not use my phone!! Pathetic service!! Its appalling that Indian call centres especially the Chennai ones dont have an understanding of basic customer service!!
