Must correct a review I wrote a day or two ago, when I wrote that Watchfinder were not prepared to do anything about a watch we bought that was two years older than advertised. Since that post, they have extended the warranty and offered free battery replacement, which is a fair way of putting things right and we are very pleased.

Although we liked the watch, it was not virtually new, but much older than the date advertised on the website. We had even checked before buying, and were given the wrong date by email again. When we pointed this out, the firm refused to extend the warranty (it was meant to be under the manufacturers warranty but wasn't because of its age), and refused to lower the price. Made my order on a Wednesday, got the watch at Monday, from Great Britain to Sweden on 5 days good work! The watch was pre-owned but not a scratch as promised, very nice! Asked for more photos, hade them on my mail after 3 days, could be faster. But i am very satisfied over all!

We had to cancel our initial order as the watch we wanted could not be acquired, it is no longer being produced. Customer Service called us enquiring as to our deposit because they would make a refund ASAP if we did not wish to buy a different model. We decided on a different model, the watch was ordered and arrived on stock more than a week earlier than estimated. Friday I received an e-mail that the item was on stock, I made the final payment and it was shipped immediately, arriving in Copenha ...

Recently purchased and omega moonwatch from Watchfinder, even though the watch was advertised as 3 years old, it look brand new and no one would tell the difference (apart from my pocket).

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and friendly service.

Would recommend these to anyone looking for watch old or new !

Good service. Not a rip-off merchant. If you're selling a watch, Watchfinder give you a fair and dcent price for it. Their own prices for both pre-owned and new are very good.

First class service - saw the watch - Omega Speedmaster - agreed to buy - they arranged sizing and shipped same day and on my wrist by 10.30 next day - exactly as described - good site - good service - faultless - shopping at its best !

Thank you watchfinder for a most enjoyable online shopping experience. one of the best sites I have shopped with. As I told the staff the watch was a gift for my husband they never phoned me on my home phone only my mobile which I thought was very considerate. First class service, watch well packaged and fast delivery. Excellent in every way. I would definately recommend them to everyone.
