Good Points: free
fairly easy to use - don't need technical knowledge of HTML
Bad Points: Takes getting used to if you've used other CMS before
General comments: I've recenly set up a hobby website to keep me busy and a friend recommended I use Mozilla Kompozer to edit the site.
SInce I've never built a website from the beginning i wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm happy to say that Kompozer is easy to use and I'm well on my way to becoming an internet tycoon (I hope!)
