    Good Points: Very good customer service Delivered as stated.


    Bad Points: I think I don't have anything bad to say about them. Because I loved their service and all my products were delivered on time with no damage.


    General comments: I just oder the products from Plumb Traders and my products where deliveries to be on time with out any damage. They cover a wide range of heating and plunbing products. And the customer service is very good and they even called me back and ask if the product was deliveried on time. I didn't see such a great customer care from any of the ecommerece website companies in the past.KEEP IT UP .. Good service. I will recommend your this wite to my friends
