Good Points: Great customer service, good prices, easy to use.

Bad Points: None really, stock persistence might be nice but I assume this is down to their business model.

General comments: ProductsRUs is an online store with a range of home & garden furnishings and products, health and beauty and other gifts and accessories.
Their range is fairly large but not exhastive and stock tends to be rotating so once something is sold out it tends not to come back.
The buying process is fairly standard and offers 3D Secure card payments.
The website is also well designed and easy to use and along with some very good deals (especially on furniture) worth visiting often to check new products and special offers.
Customer service is very good when ringing the number provided - a small company, so few service personnel means that you get a good level of personal service. They were more than happy to deal with a non-standard request from me (delaying delivery on my order until after my holiday - wasn't needed in the end though, I suspect they chivied the delivery company so that I would have it before I left).
the company also appears to sell on ebay (under the same name) so multiple avenues of purchase.
Highly recommended.
