    Good Points: Brilliant! Eye-opening. Can't do without.


    Bad Points: None!


    General comments: Reading this book was a life-changing experience! To hear someone describing YOU is such a weight off your mind - you think "thank goodness someone knows what is going on inside my head, and has put a name to it"! The authors go into detail about your individual way-of-thinking, but then go on to explain in simple steps how to overcome it.

    I think everyone should read this book! I've already recommended it to others and have found the advice is already making a difference... within 2 weeks of reading it!
