WOW!!! I have never had such a helpful agent helping me organize my trip, I had to book for 8 people all requiring different things to suit their holiday and all I had to do was tell Tom what I wanted and it was done! The cruise to the Inside Passage was magnificent, and the service and cuisine on the Holland America Line Zuiderdam was five star. The hotels were excellent in the cases of the Fairmont, Vancouver,where we really enjoyed the food and the enormous bed, the Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler (though it was a little far out of town for convenience and one had to ring for transport back from town) and the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge (though clearly a mass tourist business). We had a group of 10 adults skiing in Banff, Canada in March 2009 which I was dreading sorting out myself. Rocky-peak.com took care of every detail including ski accommodation, a private airport transfer, ski pass and rentals delivery for all of us. Some members in our group also had some ski and snowboard tuition which they organised prior to arriving in Canada.

We organised our trip which was the 18 day tour of Alaska Cruise and the Rocky Mountainer trip in the glass top train through Tom Ockelton. He was so helpful all done via email, he answered any questions we had and the entire trip from start to finish went extremely well. The inside passage trip was fantastic with Holland America we had a balcony and the restaurnats were excellent and the enteranment was just great. I would have to say I would recommend Tom to anyone and would use his services again.
