    Sent 2 mobile to them which they had offered me £72 for. They were sent 4 weeks ago but mobilephonebuyer still claim to have not received them. I posted another phone at the same time in the same post office to love2recycle and received payment a week later!

    MPB only seem interested in blaming Royal Mail which is far to easy to do when items are sent using their freepost service.

    My advice to you all is steer clear of this company! They may offer a higher price for your moby, but from my experience, and other I have since heard about, the extra money is not worth the risk of doing business with these clowns !!

    take to long to transfer money, they say within 7 days...they will transfer the money in to your account, as long as the phone is rcvd in suitable condition. it has so far taken two weeks, and there is still no sign of the money. it sound like i am due to go to the small claims court.

    frustrated.
