Never answer their phone, says the system is down and took six weeks to pay up. Their web site said handset not arrived till the day I received the cheque. Will never use them again.

Absolutely terrible company. Doesn't reply to emails, they didn't get in touch after I sent off my iPod for recycling, despite me calling them up and sending multiple emails in the following 5 weeks; I'm still waiting for a payment, but can't help but get the feeling they've ripped me, like so many others, off.
Please please do not use this company, they deserve to go out of business.
Highly recommend fonebank.com as a trustworthy and efficient alternative. Have recycled 4 phones with them all with no problems and good customer service.

It took me a month to get my money .Only after phoning Trading standards and writing a "Breach of Contract" letter .I urge everyone waiting for money to do the same !! . I would not give them any stars but are mandatory for this review. I will look for a more reputable company next time and not one offering the best deal .which in this case clearly was not !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent 2 x HTC HD2 phones to the value of £260 on the 14th April have had no payment and no reply to my numerous e mails and telephone messages. Now most of the phone recycling comparison sites have suspended them from their websites due to non payment.

DON'T USE THIS, I SENT MY PHONE TO THEM, MY MOBILE IS WORTH 61POUNDS。 WHEN THEY RECEIVE IT THEY SAID THERE'S A BUTTONS MISSING。 AND VALUE MY PHONE 17.5 POUNDS。 I REQUEST TO SEND ME BACK THE MOBILE。 THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT SEND BACK THE MOBILE AND IT MENTION IN THEIR POLICY。。。。

Don't use MOPAY! I sent my phone to them in the free-post envelope provided but seeing how flimsy it was, I carefully wrapped the phone in tissue so it would arrive safe. However I received an email saying the screen was damaged on arrival so I wouldn't be receiving my cheque. Despite several heated email exchanges, they refused to pay. I cannot believe the phone was damaged as it was so carefully wrapped. I have since requested that my property be returned to me as them keeping it would amount to theft. From looking in other forums lots of people have had similar issues so my advice is DON'T USE MOPAY!! I am sure Mazuma or one of the more well known companies would be better!

They did not receive my mobile????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Said had not received mobile phone though 2 days later revalued to a quarter of its valuation. In the post same day voucher arrived. It was all fishy as the voucher had been sent on the day they say it hadn't been received. Won't return phone which was in perfect condition not a mark on it. Response was claim from Royal mail. Don't use this company as they are a load of frauds.
I used love to recycle before, wish I had used them this time.
Beware do not use this company

Sent a perfectly good lg crystl off, received an email to say the the screen was cracked an instead of £50 the phone was now worth £0. What a rip off.only used them because their valuation was higher then everyone elses. never again.

Advice!!! Never Use This Company...recieved numerous emails saying my payment is on its way after I kept chasing them up...STILL no payment...worst company ever!!

I will never deal with this company again. Despite sending in a phone which I know to be pristine (as I never actually used it!) and them acknowledging that it was in full working order, they "revalued" it on receipt to nearly half of their initial offer!! Getting the phone back is going to be interesting now!! Very dissatisfied!!

For a change a favourable review for this company. I started the process of recycling three mobile phones on 18 December and have received, on 17 January, a deposit into my bank account for more than I was expecting. Two of the phones were apparently not worth anything and the third only £7, but I have been paid £10. This is despite the fact I did not send the phones within the stated 14 days and all the problems with post over the Christmas and New Year period.

Customer service is poor . After tree weeks I've send them gadgets I did't get reply from them till I sent email to find out what is going on. Ones they have confirmed what phone with them after two weeks I received money. During that time , they said two times :"Unfortunately due to a system error with our payment transfers , your payment was not issued until this morning." I would never ever waste my time with Money.com or Weeebuy.com(thay are the same).

Absolute jokers. I get quoted £135 for my old iphone, then send it in and get an email telling me it's be revalued at $43 due to a crack on the back. There was never a crack in it, and when I called to get them to return the mobile they said it's not their policy and I could get a 'goodwill' payment of $95. This is still under the £135 quoted originally, these guys are ripoff merchants and have probably 'recycled' my iphone by replacing a back that isn't broken to sell for a massively inflated profit. Definitely look elsewhere.

Sent in 4 good phones, 3 Nokia expencive phones and 1 blackberry, as we had updated. all I get is still waiting for the phones to arrive. This is stealing actually, so why do you all let them get away with it? I will give a little more time and then my son who is a government solicitor will take this over because I am sick of people just taking the P.. I went with this company because it was recommended online but never again and will tell others not to use either!!

Guess I must be one of the lucky ones. Got a good price for an unwanted phone and quick, smooth transaction. They paid what they advertised and the cash was paid direct to bank account in a matter of days.

Wish I had read this before I sent my mobiles to mopay . I sent 2, over 3 weeks ago, and I only sent them because I just had a baby and I want to buy a pram. I've emailed them numerous times and I always get the answerphone when I call them. I doubt I'm going to get my phones back or the £70 they owe me.
