Offered £150 for iPhone 4 in perfect condition! Literally not a scratch on it. I have photos of the phone from every angle on the day it was posted. Wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, inside a jiffy envelope, inside the original box ( it could not move and was extremely well padded) They are now telling me the screen has excessive scratching and are offering me ... £32. Both times I used the free post labels they send on the confirmation email and my own packaging I sent iPhones on both occasions so for piece of mind I sent them special delivery. This last time the next day I received a txt before 10am confirming my order had been processed and my money was on its way. My experience of using this company was hassle from start to finish. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to despatch the envelope and then by the time I sent my phone they deducted money from original quote as I had not sent to them within 14 days - not my fault! Every time I phoned them to chase up whether my phone had arrived there was no answer and they did not return my calls even though I left messages. This company do not send you ANY money for your phone. They are con artists. They also operate under REDEEM.CO.UK from the same address in Falkirk, pretending to be a Charity! I, for one, have reported them to the Trading Standards Department. Do yourself a favour and stick with the like of Mazuma, etc. This company will offer you more than them, to entice you, then send you absolutely nothing. I got a quote for my phone handset over the internet and requested a postage paid envelope to be sent to me, which arrived next day. I then posted my phone to them on the 4/12/12, it's now 04/01/13 and I still haven't had the money for my handset.. I've e-mailed them 4 times - no response... I've phoned them 3 times, either no answer or goes to an answer machine.. I'm thinking this is a scam! I'll post again if it ever gets resolved. (read more)

i sent off for my phone to be valued. They sent the free post envelope very quickly but it took them 2 weeks to reply with a quote. They then sent me a text and email with a quote, which i was happy with but it has been nearly 2 weeks and i have still not received payment. I've emailed but no one has responed. Was offered seventy five pounds for my galaxy S only to have the price reduced by 10% when they received it - stating visible cosmetic damage. I emailed them to ask where this was and they said there were scratches on the screen and on the casing!!! Got made an offer of £172 for a samsung galaxy s2 which was fully functioning and in very good condition. Got an offer today of £154 as it has cosmetic damage. The only cosmetic damage was on the rear case which seemed to arise from being in a protective case the whole time I had it so it wasn't bad. £14.95 to get the phone back so obviously I am going to have to bite the bullet and accept it. Sent my phone to them with the 'damaged' box ticked as the outer plastic screen was cracked but the LCD was not effected so was fully functioning. They reduced the price by 75% & only offered me £11. Asked for my phone back they said £14.95 to return it to me but as a qualified technician had alredy "fixed it" I would have to pay for it! Read the terms and conditons before you go ahead. A rip off company who will tell you your phones are damaged in one way or another. I was offered £96.00 for three mobile phones however I received £45.00 as apparently one was water damaged, the other had an LCD issue and the third had scratches on the screen. I will go back to using envirofone as they paid what I was offered.

I sent the phone in protective bubble wrap in a padded envelope to their freepost address. One phone was almost brand new and they said it was scratched, the other phone was scratched but they said it had cracks it in. Both of their allegations were false.
They are a deceitful company and I will never use them again. They are out to make money after all.
You are better off using a more reputable company.

They only gave me half the money they said they would. I phoned them up and asked for my phone back and said it had been longer than 3 days so they can't. I told them it took me 1 week to get the letter, and their reply was they had sent me an email, which they didn't. The person on the phone then put the phone down on me.
I would use Mazuma, I've never had problems with them before.

Sent an excellent condition phone that hed been protected with a plastic cover and screen protector throughout it's use. Having paid over £5 to send my phone by special delivery (because it's much safer and quicker apparently) I received an email saying they have knocked 50% off the value of my phone because of LCD damage that's very difficult to see!
I now have to pay £14.95 to get my phone back...brilliant!
I would avoid Money 4 Ur Mobile and go with one of the better known companies...

sent 2 phones, one mint, one with tiniest of marks on screen. 5% was knocked off price quoted on both for "damage"
worse, i got cheque but bank said never received, i called them to cancel cheque, but 3 days later cheque was cashed. since then i've spent nearly 2 months and many calls trying to sort, numerous times they never called back or did what they said they would do. now, today they have said not their responsibility so they have my 2 phones and i have no money.

Gave in my old Apple iPhone 3G 16GB in perfect condition with a quote for £190, when they received it, they claimed it was cracked in the screen and therefore I received nothing, and never got my phone back. E-mailled them several times but alas no responses. I strongly recommend recycling your phone through Regenersis and stay away from this company. (read more)
