    I found Love2recycle through a comparison site as I had two Samsung phones I wasnt using. I duly applied on line and they sent the freepost envelope and sent the phones off. After not hearing anything after 2 weeks I called them and they said they hadn't received the phones yet. Later that same day they e-mailed me to say that they had recieved the package but only one phone (the cheapest) was in the envelope. Having spoken to them again they now say thy recieved the package last week and it had been sealed with tape which I hadn't done when I sent it.
    Someone knew what phone was valuable and that it was in that envelope from the barcode on my unique address label they sent me....or a dodgy post person just got lucky......how They handle this situation in the next few weeks will depend if I change my rating...but as they have contradicted themselves 3 times already I would handle with extreme caution- I will update if the situation changes!
