I have been a loyal customer for years and whenever anyone I know is looking for webhosting, I always point them in the direction of "Host iT". I cannot stress how seriously you need to avoid these charlatans. They are very cheap and with good reason. 99.9% supposed uptime is a joke, regular downtime with no explanations. When I tried to transfer my domain to another more competent registrar they were extremely obstructive and my emails took many days to receive a response. Avoid at all Cost! Very misleading in their pricing. What I thought was £6.95 swiftly changed to £8.99 a month, then £10.79 a month. and beware the extortionate setup which comes to around £40 all together. Their support is non existant to UK customers as they operate US opening hours and you end up waiting for at least 10 minutes a time before they answer your call. Just walk away! (read more)

Steer clear of this one: These guys were misleading from the start: they sold me a "domain privacy" add-on which they then said they could not honour. Instead of refunding me the price of the add-on they put a "credit" on my "account with them" which I never got to use up. Their sign up process was very poor and unintuitive which resulted in me providing incorrect details to Nominet. It's been 48 hours since I canceled my account at JustHost.com - It took 6 calls to get it done because I kept getting different instructions from each tech-support representative I had spoken to. When you cancel your account you are able to transfer your domains to your new web hosting provider via an EPP Code. After 24 hours I got the codes and they were incorrect. I never had a much downtime on my site than when I was with justhost. At least once a week my sites were offline sometimes up to 3/4 hours. There was no live chat, only a ticket system. Usually by the time the team got round to your ticket, the error had existed for a few hours. For one issue I had 3 tech guys looking at it, and none came up with the same reason/solution to it. My husband found this webhosting company and I immediately after the first day was disappointed. When it's actually online and I go to read my emails I have to go through several processes to get to it. It's not user friendly, has poor navigation and is totally unreliable. I have never spent so much energy trying to do complete a simple task as check my email. It's ridiculously frustrating... If I could think about one thing I liked about it, I'm drawing a blank. JustHost's prices are admittedly excellent, but as cliched as it may be, you get what you pay for. I've been with them for a little over a year. On May 23 of last year an this, they errantly deactivated my domain for nonpayment. I run a piano service business in North County San Diego. Here's my 2 year experience with JustHost: 1) servers that break down and eventually crash, 2) blacklisted IP addresses, 3) misleading pricing and refund policies. It is next to impossible to get a refund once they have your money. Their servers are unreliable, and you will find your site up/down, randomly. This company evidently just makes a lot of random claims on it's website that it has no intention of fulfilling. Their customer service is lame as well...you can barely hear the people and their voices sound all muffled. Very frustrating. Made the mistake of signing for a membership approximately a month ago. Almost from the onset, experienced numerous performance related problems. Despite submission of more than half a dozen trouble tickets, never received any tangible resolution. I had problems with Fasthosts taking money off my credit card as they renewed a hosting package I had already told them I wanted to cancel. I think my title sums up how I feel about JustHost.com. I signed up 2 years ago for a hosting plan which I was 100% assured would be the same re-occurring fixed price but recently discovered they charged my credit card £166.80. I contacted them ASAP and was told it was voided and never charged, I've been emailing each of their departments with no luck whatsoever. Been with Just Host for 1 year now, all OK until last week when they suddenly charged my credit card for renewal of my hosting plan, except it was DOUBLE the price I paid last year, and this came with no warning, nothing at all, I just suddenly saw a big chunk of money left my credit card. After trying a couple of different website hosting providers I am pleased that I discovered JustHost, they have a 24/7 live support chat in which a representative will be able to help with most queries and I have suffered very little website downtime.
The control panel is very easy to use, and adding/upgrading services is very user friendly even if you are new to web hosting providers.
Overall highly recommended, you cant go wrong with their support.

I have used hostmonster and justhost. Finding a good hosting company is hard because most of the review sites are fakes created by the hosting companies.. I only have had one issue with justhost their service went down for 3 days.. unbelievable. Besides that i have found them to be better then hostmonster whos servers went down on a average of 1 a month. When speaking to both customer service, they both need to go back to school. I have been with then for over 3 months and first the issue is the server keeps going down and then the name server has allways issues with domains and keeps not responding. Few weeks back all the domains go hacked and no response from justhost.com and just today I came to my homepage and went to a landing page and when I asked why, they told me that its a hard drive issue. Had a few issues with pop up windows always getting in the way and had to change my page style to "NO STYLE" evertime I wanted to read the info on the page (very annoying). Support was ill informed an unhelpfull.

This Just Host service is horrible. Live Chat is slow and cannot give sufficient advise.
Also, webpages cannot contain any background audio, even though it is personal intellectual property. No youtube videos can be embedded.
Strongly recommend AGAINST using this horrible service.

I got hypnotised by justhost's shiny website with promises of EVERYTHING for very little money. I did a little research and found that they topped most WebHosting Review tables and found only good reviews about them. Being an ex-salesperson I should have known better but i'm new to this industry so i naiively signed up to 3 years.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! Worsthost.com more like. Paid Just Host back in April for webhosting and it doesn't work and they haven't a clue what they are doing. Good luck trying to get advice from someone that has a clue.
Support is the worst I have ever came across in my life. They don't read details of the actual problem, send nonsense responses that don't address the problem.
There is no point in 24/7 technical support when the people providing that support haven't got the slightest clue...

Yip sounds about right. I had the same problems. They also charged me for migrating my domain .eu over but later I found out they can't support this, I am in a legal dillema on how to get my money back. Emails are constantly going down and I have lost business because of this.
