“Completely Rubbish, can't believe I'm still using them”

I've been with company for about 7 years now. Every time I open the business mailbox I tell to myself how am I still using this primitive and trouble-ish system. It's looks and works like systems from the 80'. I don't have the energy for the hassle of moving elsewhere, but I'll soon sure do. Don't even bother considering this option, go elsewhere.

“Stay away from JustHost by cheap you get cheap.”

I had nothing but problems with JustHost their IT support sucks. I am individual with 11 computers in my house. They keep telling me to clean my cookies and coach files. What a bunch of BS. I haven't had e-mail in today's my website is been down for two days and this isn't the first time. Do yourself a favor you buy cheap you get cheap.

“Most expensive with terrible arogant customer service.”

These people think you owe them everything, they are the most expensive and their customer service is terrible, no help at all its all about getting every penny from the customer using any means possible, they with hold your data to ransom, I have been stuck with them for years impossible to get away from them as they withold data to enable you to move away. Please please think twice befor using them, it may look good on the surface but they do not care about their customers no matter how much gloss they put on their customer service.

“DO NOT USE”

I have used JustHost until recently since they started a few years ago. When they first started the support was great the site was always up and I have no issues. Over the past few years the service provided by JustHost has got worse and worse. They have no customer loyalty and do not care if you stay or go. For new accounts you will pay around £2.00 per month for hosting for renewals you will pay over £7.00 per month. The control panel is now one big advert for a load of junk and useless addons that you do not want/need or an get free on the internet. My advice would be to use someone else.

I agree with this I have also been with them for years and over the last year thay have bumped up their price now £10.95 per month, and if you dont pay they withold your data so you cant move away.

it is definitely number one on my list of best web hosting providers. It has unlimited domain hosting service where You can add an Unlimited number of Domains to the same account any time. I have been a loyal customer for years and whenever anyone I know is looking for webhosting, I always point them in the direction of "Host iT". I came across "Host iT" and firstly was very impressed by the positive comments people have left on the site, and the prices and services seem much more reasonable and affordable than some others. So far, everything looks excellent. I wanted to let everyone know that they for great service

“Utterly woeful”

I cannot stress how seriously you need to avoid these charlatans. They are very cheap and with good reason. 99.9% supposed uptime is a joke, regular downtime with no explanations. When I tried to transfer my domain to another more competent registrar they were extremely obstructive and my emails took many days to receive a response. On the upside, it's easy to talk to an actual human in their support teams (USA based) and everytime I have called, I've had a joke with them about just how rubbish their company is. If you have support staff who are embarrassed of their employers, what hope does the customer have? For a few quid more a month, you can get someone much, much more competent.

“I would recommend them... to someone I hated”

Avoid at all Cost! Very misleading in their pricing. What I thought was £6.95 swiftly changed to £8.99 a month, then £10.79 a month. and beware the extortionate setup which comes to around £40 all together. Their support is non existant to UK customers as they operate US opening hours and you end up waiting for at least 10 minutes a time before they answer your call. Just walk away!

“Misleading, unsupportive - they just want your money!”

Steer clear of this one: These guys were misleading from the start: they sold me a "domain privacy" add-on which they then said they could not honour. Instead of refunding me the price of the add-on they put a "credit" on my "account with them" which I never got to use up. Their sign up process was very poor and unintuitive which resulted in me providing incorrect details to Nominet. Their initial price was cheap but after 1 year, when it came to renewal their price doubled for the same services (and they've already charged my card). I took me about 2 weeks, 5 emails and 2 phone calls to get my refund back as they seem to have been transferring me between departments who were not communicating with each other. Overal: a very poor customer service experience. Stay clear. Getting the support

“Do not sign up to JustHost.com - You'll regret it.”

It's been 48 hours since I canceled my account at JustHost.com - It took 6 calls to get it done because I kept getting different instructions from each tech-support representative I had spoken to. When you cancel your account you are able to transfer your domains to your new web hosting provider via an EPP Code. After 24 hours I got the codes and they were incorrect. When I called tech support again he said the domains were expired and I had to correct him and tell him to check again and lo and behold I was right. I'm still waiting for the codes and in the mean time my customer's business site is down as well as my business e-mail. If you cancel your account make sure you have the time and the patience, it's an extremely painful process. I'm not even going to begin to tell you why I decided to cancel the account.

“2 years of wasted money”

I never had a much downtime on my site than when I was with justhost. At least once a week my sites were offline sometimes up to 3/4 hours. There was no live chat, only a ticket system. Usually by the time the team got round to your ticket, the error had existed for a few hours. For one issue I had 3 tech guys looking at it, and none came up with the same reason/solution to it. One was actually rude and said it was my fault and he would suspend my service... he did. I spoke to another tech guy who said it was absolutely not my fault and re-established my server. Needless to say, I moved to a much better hosting company.

My husband found this webhosting company and I immediately after the first day was disappointed. When it's actually online and I go to read my emails I have to go through several processes to get to it. It's not user friendly, has poor navigation and is totally unreliable. I have never spent so much energy trying to do complete a simple task as check my email. It's ridiculously frustrating... If I could think about one thing I liked about it, I'm drawing a blank.

“My domain was errantly deactivated twice for nonpayment.”

JustHost's prices are admittedly excellent, but as cliched as it may be, you get what you pay for. I've been with them for a little over a year. On May 23 of last year an this, they errantly deactivated my domain for nonpayment. The problem is such: a) my automatic recurring payment info was current on both occasions, b) I received zero notices of delinquent payment or account termination, and c) even if it hadn't been current, as the flummoxed billing representative pointed out over the phone, my next payment wouldn't have been due until JANUARY! It's worth restating: this was not a service outage due to maintenance or technical issues. Rather, this was JustHost deactivating my domain (and, in turn, my email) with intent, for absolutely no reason. On both occasions, the confused technical and billing personnel I spoke with apologized and reinstated my account immediately, but I fully expect my account to be terminated for no reason once again this time next year. That of course assumes I'll still be a JustHost customer. Highly unlikely.

“Poor All Around”

I run a piano service business in North County San Diego. Here's my 2 year experience with JustHost: 1) servers that break down and eventually crash, 2) blacklisted IP addresses, 3) misleading pricing and refund policies. It is next to impossible to get a refund once they have your money. Their servers are unreliable, and you will find your site up/down, randomly. My site was blacklisted on their shared server, and as a result, my site was blocked by my customer's Anti-Virus/Security software (McAfee, Norton, etc.). This was a horrible and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend JustHost for any legitimate business that needs hosting. Yes, JustHost is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Don't make the mistake I made. I'm now using www.FastServ.com. (Posted - 05/02/12)

“Horrible and FALSE ADVERTISING”

This company evidently just makes a lot of random claims on it's website that it has no intention of fulfilling. Their customer service is lame as well...you can barely hear the people and their voices sound all muffled. Very frustrating. The most interesting part about my 36 hour experience with this company is that instead of trying to help me solve the problem I was having, they just let me cancel. No attempt to solve anything on their part. Sad company. Not only would I never recommend this company to anyone, I would proactively advise AGAINST anyone using this company.

“Worst Hosting Provider”

Made the mistake of signing for a membership approximately a month ago. Almost from the onset, experienced numerous performance related problems. Despite submission of more than half a dozen trouble tickets, never received any tangible resolution. Problems included connectivity to backend database, inability to access WordPress admin panel, etc. Without notification, Just Host suspended my account for utilization of system resources in excess of 10%, which is highly doubtful. Without attempting to determine if a Denial of Service (DoS) or other cause was to blame, they promptly suspended my account and posted a large banner stating such on both of my websites. While the technical support number is 24/7, quite often actual access to the system occurs from persons in the Ukraine! To those considering JustHost.com, strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a hosting provider.

“Avoid at all costs”

I had problems with Fasthosts taking money off my credit card as they renewed a hosting package I had already told them I wanted to cancel. (still haven't got my money back) saw Justhosts everywhere and thought I would give it a go. Jumped from the frying pan into the fire. They charged my card for a service they can not provide. I wanted to migrate domain name.eu to justhosts they charged me for it but then when it wasn't there I found I they can't host this domain, and now they won't give my money back. Isn't this fraud? Since being with them I have had major problems with my emails and even I don't spam I have been blacklisted. Personally I am wondering if someone on the inside of justhosts is being a menace. I am fed up with contacting the support center only to be sent a generic email. I asked if I can actually speak to someone there but they don't provide this service.

“Fraudulent, shameful, unhelpful, cheating and lying.”

I think my title sums up how I feel about JustHost.com. I signed up 2 years ago for a hosting plan which I was 100% assured would be the same re-occurring fixed price but recently discovered they charged my credit card £166.80. I contacted them ASAP and was told it was voided and never charged, I've been emailing each of their departments with no luck whatsoever. They asked for evidence of the transaction and never responded. Utterly disgusting customer service with them passing the buck time and time again. They still claim the money was taken. Where did it go then? Who the f*** took the money and ran?? I contacted my bank and they are also on the case. I however am tired of dealing with this company and their incompetent lying staff. They don't show renewal prices on the site so they can charge whatever they like when it's time to renew!!!! Quite simply the worst decision I every made - never, ever deal with this company.

Yip sounds about right. I had the same problems. They also charged me for migrating my domain .eu over but later I found out they can't support this, I am in a legal dillema on how to get my money back. Emails are constantly going down and I have lost business because of this.

Do not use these i had so many problems with these, from credit card problems to service problems even when i asked for the code to transfer my domain they screwed that up. the only thing these host is lies and poor service
