    Eurofasthosts claim to "support" DotNetNuke sites. Our site performs poorly (despite their name!), support is poor, often they do not respond to emails. Site has been moved without our knowledge which caused the customer facing part to stop working for a week.

    Overall I would recommend you look elsewhere for your hosting provider, this company is unlikley to provide you with a satisfactory service, it is disorganised and extremely unprofessional in terms of operations.

    My site has currently been down for three weeks because they tried to move me to another server (without letting me know) and now they can't get it to work. There is only one guy on support who is available in the afternoons only - and then only when he's not to busy to come to the phone. There's another guy who just answers the phones and and is only able to say "we'll the support guy isn't here right now" or "I'll get him to phone you". They promise to return calls and don't, promise to find a ...
