    The Memory Foam Mattress Firm. Standard Double 4ft 6in x 6ft 3in.
    I ordered from this company about 18 months ago. Product came when they said it would, but it was 6" short so there was a gap at the end of the bed. Plus the mattress was not entirely clean! You could see someone had tried it, as it was slightly soiled. They said they'd exchange it for free, no collection charge. I thought I'd try the mattress anyway, as I'm only 5'5". After 2 nights of bad sleep and a rather nasty flare-up of back pain I reverted to my old mattress. I had explained that as I work, collection would have to be at the weekend. They agreed, but on the Saturday I stayed in all day and no one arrived. They said the driver had suffered a personal crisis and had to abandon his deliveries. I accepted this, and they said they'd confirm another date with me. Then I got home from work to find a card - they'd been during the working day and I wasn't in. Eventually they did collect - over 2 wks later. They said it would take 30 days to refund my money. When this happened, it was £40 short. They said they'd charged that because they'd had to make 2 journeys to collect. I phoned, emailed and kicked up a fuss, was told all kinds of things - all came to nothing. In the end I had to give up, as the whole thing was making me too stressed and angry. This company is sly and devious in my experience. I'm surprised they haven't been on Watchdog before now. If you've any sense, you won't go near them. I give the Memory Foam Mattress firm no stars at all! (Though you have to afford 1 star or you can't submit your review!)

    I bought a "Luxury Silver" memory foam mattress from this company just over a year ago and it already has lost it's memory! It has dips in each side where it is SUPPOSED to provide relief from pressure points, and it has a ridge down the middle in between where myself and my husband sleep. Neither of us is a large person but when I complained to the company they said that the problem is down to wear and tear and there is nothing they can do.
