    Left us stranded at start of holiday for 5 hours without a car. Aftercare service was equally useless - no apology or explanation. Do not use - they are a bunch of amateurs

    Atlaschoice were very unreliable, poor communication. Phoned about one issue but then left an unclear email which, in spite of me responding to resulted in the car being cancelled and our family being left without any car with less than 48 hours and a 16 month old baby to transport. The company cancelled my booking and then attempted to shift the blame to me.
