Good Points: Ethical broadband provider compared to all others, excellent support every single time and they always go the extra mile. They're based in the UK, treat their employees fairly and they're owned by a charity that gets to spend any profits GreenNet makes on educational projects and promoting the use of ICTs for social change and protecting the environment.
Bad Points: They are a small ISP so their prices do not compete with some of the other providers (but hey! that's why it's they're so personal!), that's about it!
General comments: I have used dial-up for nearly a decade with GreenNet and didn't want to switch to another provider for broadband because of the excellent service and support I have been receiving over the years. As soon as GreenNet started to offer broadband I upgraded and have been impressed with their continued valuable support and excellent level of service. I have never received an automated message directing me to different departments, it's always one of their friendly team responding to my queries. For someone new to technology like me, that's invaluable, and I don't think you'll find that anywhere else!
