I had a prescription thought I would try getting it dispensed online. NEVER AGAIN by ECHEMIST.CO.UK. At the end of the process I sent them my prescription as requested. I never got my medication and I didn't even have my prescription so I couldn't get my medication. After hours on the phone they finally found it and it took in the end 2 weeks to get my medicine. I live in the US and I have shopped here for a couple of years now. They ship fast and their customer service is awesome.. Since I am from the US email is really all I have to go on in terms of communication and they always made is easy for me. On a couple of orders I had items that were back ordered and they emailed to let me know the date is was shipping. The customer service is reliable and they always respond to your emails. I paid yesterday morning for a Lancome Christmas set and got it today by 10 am. The set was very nicely packed and secured. What is more, I even found 5 samples of a Lancome cream ( 5ml each) which makes 25ml altogether (half a normal cream) completely for free. Bought a hair brush before Xmas, with the delivery 3-5 days. Then it turned out they actually didn't have it in stock and waiting for their suppliers. 4 WEEKS LATER they still couldn't give the date so I had to cancel my order. This is the second time I have ordered exacty the same product from eChemist, my mistake. I will not be ordering from them again. The have sent me exacty the same e-mails this time as last, saying that they are waiting for a delivery from their suppliers, and then saying their order is stuck in customs. I ordered my items for next day delivery at £6. After submitting the item I recieved an email to say my item was OUT OF STOCK. I asked them to cancel my order numerous times. They ignored my emails, when I called they said they couldn't do anything as there systems are down, then rung again and got a recorded message that there telephone systems are down for upgrades (not heard of out of hours upgrades??). I ordered a stretch mark cream 3 weeks ago. After chasing up the order by email I received a return email Saying item was out of stock and they hoped to have it by end of that week. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since. When ordering an item online I expect the website to say there and then whether an item is in stock. excellent prices and a very good range of health and beauty products. I buy Solgar and Lancome products from them and have always delivered to me very quickly - and its free delivery
i will recommend this website to my family...they are good and fast in delivery and also very cheap on some products.

Appalling fulfilment ruins this site and I potential customers not to use it unless you want to wait weeks for your order to arrive and be fobbed off endlessly by their 'customer service' team. They seem to show goods as available and then order them in to satisfy your order. Then they blam 'supplier problems' for the delay. I would have thought that if it's howing as available on their website then it's in stock but apparently not. Seems to be run by a bunch of amateurs. (read more)

yeah, this happen the same to me. I ordered one item with next day delivery. I didnt get it. Write to them, they said, it should be next day delivery, because on saturday order it will takes to get next work day, but it was thursday! i write them again telling that. They didnt promiss anything, just they say they will refund my delivery money (didnt do that) and tell me to wait, delivery comes as soon as possible... so waiting. And i was so happy, that i finally found my item, because i cant find it for ages, everywhere is out of stock for 2 months, so, i dont thing i gonna get my item soon, even after 2 weeks:(.
