“Disappointed”

I rang easigrass for a quotation and also sent an email. Eventually when the rep did make contact with me he apologised for not responding to my request earlier. He made an appointment for the next day. However he did not turn up I rang him again and left a message to ask the reason why he failed to keep the appointment still no response so if they are so unreliable I will take my business elsewhere . I live in Yorkshire and there are a lot of companies offering an Installation service for Artificial Grass. I chose Easigrass because their consultant was so efficient and professional when he came to show me the products and talk me through the process. We chose Easigrass Chelsea and we are absolutely delighted with our new Easigrass Garden! Would definitely recommend to anyone.....! (read more)
“Not great if you have a dog!”

If we did not have a dog, we would have no problem with Easigrass. Their website states: 'It is very important that if any animals urinate on the Easigrass™ that it is washed through with clean water in order to prevent any smells occurring during dry periods.' We frequently clean our Easigrass with a power washer, clean water and one of Easigrass's own products which they informed us reduces any odors and yet we are still having problems during dry/ warm weather with an unpleasant... We decided on artificial lawn (Belgravia) for our garden as we didn't want the stress of trying to grow grass (our garden was previously paved). We couldn't be happier with the finished product! Our garden looks beautiful and everyone that has seen it is very very jealous!! Our experience of Easigrass overall was very good. I see that I am agreeing with everyone else here but it is hard not to, Easigrass are simply the best. Our garden looks stunning, much bigger too! The guys who came and laid it were polite, courteous and hard working. A job that was supposed to be two days was compleated in one, they didn't stop working! I cannot recommend Easigrass enough, what a fantastic company. (read more)

Clue's in the name - easigrass. That's what the whole process has been - really easy - form initial site visit; through liaising with our builders directly; thrugh working in a quick and efficient manner while being respectful of our property; to supplying a quality product that we're really happy with - easy.
Hard to say if it's VFM, buti f you judge that on how much our kids love it and how happy everyone is lying around on it in the sun then we've got VFM.

WE ARE OVER THE MOON WITH OUR EASIGRASS LAWN IT LOOKS LIKE WIMBLEDON BEFORE ANY PLAY, THE TEAM OF MEN WERE SO HARD WORKING ,POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL,IMMACULATE IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR WORK WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE ,WE CANNOT STOP SHOWING IT OFF TO EVERYONE.No more having to do mowing ,strimming etc,just sit back and enjoy our garden,it looks wonderful. We were totally thrilled with the service from start to finish. The salesman wasn't on a sales pitch and put us at ease straight away. We chose the grass we wanted and that was that. The lads that came to put the grass down were fantastic. They worked so hard, proffessionally, quickly and tidied up after themselves.
I would definately recommend both; having fake grass and using Easigrass to fit it for you.
Its the best thing we have done to our house (garden) in a long time and the kids...

We are thrilled to bits with the end result. Our garden has been totally transformed from a desert (as my son called it) to an immaculate, practical and green looking place of leisure. The installation team were effecient, friendly and diligent, and have done a fantastic job. As soon as the job was done, my son was running up and down the garden saying 'I'm so happy, I'm so happy...!' Thank you very much. (read more)

I have been very impressed with Easigrass and their professional approach to both installation and customer service. I am extremely pleased with the result, it's a total transformation. They helped me choose the right grass for me, which specifically had to be 'dog friendly'. The team that installed it worked hard and did a faultless job. (read more)

I work for a company that offers sales and installation in the construction industry for which we hold two Royal Warrants. We could learn alot from the efficient, thoughtful service provided by Easigrass. In essence they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it (love a tongue twister). (read more)

As the manager of pre-school in a rural setting, the decision to install an artificial grass product was not taken lightly! However, our real grass just cannot cope with the daily freeflow access to our outdoor area. We have tried other cheaper alternatives but this half term we bit the bullet and had our most heavily accessed area covered in Easigrass Mayfair.
Fantastic! Instantly usable. When the children came back after half term, they didn't bat and eyelid, no mention of new grass or any...

We called Easigrass and our beautiful new lawn was installed the NEXT day. It looks gorgeous, the service was prompt, efficient, FAST and the whole process was utterly painless. We just purchased our first home which came with a very badly maintained garden so we had the Mayfair grass put in even before we moved in. It has transformed it beyond recognition. The guys who installed it were fantastic. They even lifted up an enormous climbing frame which we were not expecting in order to install the grass underneath. I can't say enough good things. Today I had my Easigrass lawn fitted. It was delayed due to our poor raining weather but well worth the wait. From the moment of enquiring and having Stuart (such a pleasant and helpful chap) come to measure, to asking a few questions prior or ordering. Dealt with by Anthony (wonderful personal service) Everything was dealt with so easily and with that little extra personal care and attention. Thanks to Will also for his help. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Once they have your money they could not give a stuff. Bad customer service and horrible attitude - they will not last long at all. The product was ok for the money - I suppose you get what you pay for.

I wish to place on record my appreciation and thanks to the Easigrass team, from the consultation to the end result of fitting.... the team is professional, punctual and friendly... and walk that extra mile. they have transformed my brick garden into a lush green paradise that is the envy of all my friends!!! and to top it all, I STILL don't need a lawnmower....and it covers a 15 - 20 year guarantee!! my lifetime dream...

We cannot recommend easigrass highly enough it has completely transformed our garden from a mud bath which the kids and dog bought into the house on a daily basis to an evergreen all weather play area with no mess coming into the house! The team that fitted our garden were so professional and tidy! Easigrass has trasnformed all our lives and i wish we had put it in sooner. (read more)

Best decision we've made for our home, our family and our dog. It far exceeded our expectations and was installed efficiently and professionally. Easigrass was fast acting, responsive and are THE experts in this type of installation. Their customer service is fantastic. Now we have no more cleaning muddy feet/paws and the kids are able to play in the rain without the fear of drowning in a mud pit. I giggle when the neighbors are out mowing and we're sitting with a nice cup of tea... (read more)
