It's always good to be able to have confidence in your providers. I've been with LCN (for domain names) since I started in business around 6/7 yrs ago. During that time I've had to deal with many other ISPs (where clients have already bought their own etc.) and each time I groan when I hear another ISP's name mentioned simply because most times it means problems or delays and more wasted time for me (and hassle that has to be explained to the client). Although, at busy times, you might sometimes have to wait a minute or two for your call to be answered the support you get from LCN is always first class. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. UK company with UK based support (unlike some support centres!) ...and sorry if I offend anyone...but it DOES make a big difference. Same applies if emailing a query - always a fast helpful response. Needed support from the help desk linking the domain to my newly created web content site. I sent a query and had a prompt and highly helpful response, resolving my problem from start to finish in about 15 minutes! I have used many hosts over the years, some good some bad, some cheaper and some more expensive. Today I setup and LCN account and installed Word Press with no problems at all, it was just so easy. Found all info I needed in the account management, no emails or phone calls to get FTP login. Excellent service, I will be moving my other sites here as they come up for renewal. (read more)

LCN start by making contact easy - it is possible to pick up a telephone and talk to real people who are always happy to help their less technically able customers. Having been caught between Microsoft and my ISP each saying that my problem must be down to the other party I called LCN (who provide me with Domain Names, Hosting etc.) out of desperation and within minutes my problem was resolved. I have always found them willing to "Go The Extra Mile" when it comes to customer service. (read more)

I have had domains with LCN for a long time now, on selling one of my domains I asked support for help in pointing me in the right direction, of which they actually did it all for me. I was dealt with by an advisor who was extremely helpful, polite and could not have helped more. Seriously impressed. Which isn't easy with me! Thank you LCN! LCN make running my small business easy. In five years I've probably only had to call them twice but each time I've been so impressed with the in-depth knowledge they have not only of LCN but other networks, ISP providers, mobile phone, tablet and ipad settings etc. Staff are friendly and professional. I have just migrated one of my domains and email hosting to LCN. I expected the migration to take several weeks based on past experiences. This successful migration has taken less than 24 hours. The customer service staff at LCN answer the phone promptly and have always been available to answer questions and provide useful guidance on packages, settings etc. I highly recommend LCN. I have just uploaded my first LCN-hosted web site - a step I thought I would never take as I had got myself into a big muddle before I telephoned LCN. I spent a huge number of hours developing my super new web site with Serif and was very frustrated to be unable to take final step and load it up. Uploaded easily but my site was not showing on the web. I contacted help and it was a simple mistake on my part of the name file address. Help not only gave the correct address they altered it for me and there it was live. I have hosted with quite a few different providers before and they have all felt quite clinical and like all of the work was being done by monkeys and not people. LCN changes this for me. I always know that there are people working behind the scenes making sure everything is going well, and being there to offer support if there's something I need. I now hold three domains with CN, all with hosting. On the occasions I have requested tech support, it has been delivered (at the cost of a local phone call) speedily, with great courtesy and has always been 100% helpful for my problem. Being a novice to this sort of thing and self taught in terms of setting up my own website for my business, I have found the support and the patience of Telivo/LCN invaluable. The staff are always friendly and patient, nothing is too much trouble - and with me - you need 'hammer and nails!!'.
