    A firm when asked to not email your home email thinks it's fine to ignore that request. Give them a wide bearth or you get junk mail forever! I will not give them any further custom for this so why ignore such a basic request. Price is not just about customer satisfaction.

    Hello.

    Just to let everyone know that I received my camera and memory card as ordered. My advice to anyone using Crazy Cameras is to be patient. I have to say, their delivery promises seem a little weak, but I received my item approx 16 days after ordering. I was slightly concerned after reading a lot of bad reviews but I found their customer service reassuring both on the phone and by email. Give em time and you'll grab a bargain.

    ordered my ipod touch on the 11th november and was told dispatch would be 5 to 7 days - day 15 i am still emailing and calling - no response to my emails, on line chat kept throwing me out and customer service " what customer service!!!" emailed them to cancel the order. Highlighted their inefficiencies as a company and called my credit card company for a refund. within a couple of hours i received 5 emails informing me the item had been dispatched and today it landed on my desk .     Like most people I was lured by a slick website, which didn't state the company is American and ships to the UK. After reading terrible reviews about Crazy cameras I was very anxious to receive my ipod touch. However it did arrive and only two days late. I think I was a lucky one as I had a simple order with everything in a little box, but I think problems could arise if you had to contact the company to resolve a problem (like non delivery).     I was very worried after reading all the reviews,after i parted with my money,so i kept on emailing all the time ,just to keep on there case.Always very polite,always given the option to have my money back.I did receive my goods just over a week late,not too bad.If you are going to use this company just allow plenty of time for delivery.

    I only ordered this item yesterday - have had no order confirmation - cannot get in touch with them either by phone or e-mail.Did a check after placing order when trouble started instead of before.Placed a read confirmation on e-mail - waste of time.Phoned Barclaycard - they said that they can only help when the money is taken out of my account - because they have an authority number given after taking my credit card details nobody can stop the money being taken.When the money has been taken Bar ...

    I cannot believe the arogance of this company , I have waited 11 days so far for delivery , I too wish I had seen this site Note I have not entered ANY stars. I will be taking their operation up with the respective trading standards, if I could find an address - does anyone have it !!

    WARNING DO NOT USE CRAZY CAMERA they are a bogus company .
    I made the mistake of ordering from them, they took the money form my credit card straight away then called to confirm the details on my card 4 days later. This is when i became suspicious so ran some basic checks on them - they are not registered in the UK and do not have a VAT number.
    If you have placed an order with them on your credit card you should be able to recover you money. I also suggest you report CC to trading standards as ...

    Ordered 10th November, called on 12th to confirm details and was told goods were in stock for 5-7 day delivery. Didn't arrive before my trip to Dubai, still nothing when I returned and the order remains "pending".

    This company refuses to answer calls, emails or messages sent via their website. If I could give a negative star rating I would - as it stands, customer service is non-existent, website is deliberately misleading and what value is £470 and no goods? One star is way too good f ...

    I originally ordered my camera on the 10 November. Over a week later it was still 'in process'. I phoned chasing up this order to be told that it will be delivered in 5-7 days. I have now just received an email saying it has been cancelled as it is no longer in stock. Do not buy from this company!

    I just received my 430EXII Canon Speedlite just now.
    Order placed : 19 Nov.
    Verification called :21 Nov.
    After the verification called by CrazyCameras, I found this review. And feel bad. I thought that will not receive the items before my holiday early December or worst case I thought that will not receive the item t all.

    I order a Cannon camera and memory card (£290 total) on the Tue 17th November 2009 then started to become worried after getting a call late on Fri 20th November from an American sounding male asking me to confirm details of my order, address and credit card. When I ask he advised me that delivery should be within five to seven days of the date of the phone call and not from the date of the order as I had expected.

    Oh dear!DO NOT USE THIS CRAZY CAMERAS - (youd be the crazy one!).

    I have never written on a review site, but we must try to stop others being sucked into Crazy Cameras by the cheap advertised prices.

    My experience, cheap price for a camera, ordered, not been dispatched, and now it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phone line, live web chat or get a reply to an e-mail.

    Guys, how bizzare, I have now read the last 10 reviews or so on the website and I could have written them myself. my experience mirrors all of the other reviewers. I thought that I was dealing with a UK Company, placed the order early November 2009, money taken out of credit card account immediately and promised 5-7 Day delivery.     My son has saved up for over two years and has now ordered an ipod touch. Since ordering it on 12th November, he has never shut up asking "when is it coming". After reading the reviews I've told him that I dont think it will and he is heartbroken, obviously! I'll write again if I'm proved wrong. Does anyone know is this is a scam company?

    website looks the real deal, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. googled the camera i wanted and this site was third from top, so very obvious on the offer of a discounted price.     i ordered an ipod for my daughter on 02 november and have still not received it.

    they couldn't give me a delivery date or a tracking number so i just constanley kept chasing them only to find out that they will be dispatching my order in 7 to 10 days..

    i don't believe a word that they say...

    Wish I'd read these before I ordered a Nikkor lens from these imbeciles! Placed my order on the 11th November 09, had a phone call from their admin person (I assume) the next day confirming all my details (which I thought was a little odd...).
