    Good Points: Machine is rated highly by Which and was one of the reasons I bought this.


    Bad Points: AEG service is poor, machine has leaked three times , flooded my kitchen although it is supposed to have anti flood mechanism built in. AEG engineers unable to fix the machine just cant find the fault. Almost a month and still I have a brand new machine I cannot use.


    General comments: Whilst this AEG L16850 machine bought on basis of past reviews, I have found nothing but problems with the machine and the AEG engineers have been unable to fix this. Appliance bought from Boots online who stated that unless it flooded 4 times we would not consider an exchange. Apparently this is company policy.
