    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Bad attitude of staff. Incompetent alterations staff


    General comments: My experience with Romantic Fashion Design Gallery has been a complete nightmare. They have completely ruined my wedding dress, the alterations they have made to it have to be seen to be believed.
    The attitude of the staff when I complained was complete indifference and I have had to take it to another shop to try to salvage it.
    I was even charged £298 for the alterations.
    I can not stress enough how bad my experience was with this company.
