Was a bit hesitant at using initially but I shouldn't have worried. The site was easy to use lots of help if you needed it and the unlock codes were delivered as promised on time and when I entered them boom worked first time!! Fantastic service all round and would definitely reccommend them, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. (read more)

As I had tried other online services without success before ordering and during ordering I emailed them and received prompt responses each time. Although it did say allow up to 48hrs to receive my code when I ordered it was then brilliant to receive it in 11/2hrs. The codes and instructions were clear and easy to understand, although if you do get stuck I notice a large support button on the same page. “No Luck...BUT completely trustworthy!”

Well, unfortunately, my request came back, CODE NOT FOUND. We were contacted immediately and given some options. We decided to try going to the person who sold it to us and have him get it unlocked through Orange, so we requested a full refund. The money was back in our account in less than 48 hours. I made the mistake of using Linux at first, only to find the website wouldn't let me sign in. Once that hurdle was overcome, all went well, and the code worked straight away on my Samsung phone. The communications with [name removed] were good and although I had the sign-in problems at first, we got it all to work in the end. Good value and I would point anyone needing to unlock to this service. If the website had worked with my Linux browser I'd give five stars. (read more)

Tried FONEZONE by accident as the first company I tried had trouble taking my Paypal payment. Fonezone was great and supplied my Network unlock code within a couple of hours. I entered the network unlock code and that worked first time, however the phone then requested an SP code. I contacted Fonezone support and the additional SP code was sent to me within an hour or so. I've used codes provided by, in my case, Orange, for my old N70 Nokia. I had to ask them three times before they would provided a code, which was successful. That was some time ago. I found foneszone amongst several other 'sites and decided it looked "sound" and the price was competitive. The code did take the maximum time advised to arrive and it failed. I found a recommendation for Fonezones on another forum and they were highly rated I would agree, speedy accurate and customer support even when it was the customer who was doing it wrong! Doh! Hello, well I am not a technical person and the prospect of making my phone useless was daunting to say the least but not perhaps as difficult as picking an unlocker, having heard many tales of scams etc,presentation of website and the feedback given was what settled the selection. This company are the best. I used two other companies to unlock my Motorola Flipout. They couldn't but Foneszone did it. Should have gone straight to them. I required my phone unlocking, contacted my network supplier who wanted £15 to unlock my phone!! After looking on the web for unlock sites I was baffled by the number sites, but after reading fonezone reviews considered that they were the better option. Although it was a weekending the service was prompt and by the Saturday had all I wanted. One critisism they sent two unlock codes and did'nt say why two as I only had to use one. I went to a number of local stores but the charges were too high or they looked a bit dodgy, so I researched a number of offers on the web. Having been ripped off by other so say unlock code providers, I was a little dubious and sceptical of the claims made on the Fonezone site, but I am happy to say I was wrong. The ordering process is simple, and I was kept informed of the progress of my order. There's no shortage of potential unlockers on the internet, many of which are scammers promising results they never intend to deliver. Of course, they are cheap - that's why we try them before biting the bullet and paying a sensible amount of money for what is a valuable service. And what a service: within 24 hours of pressing the Paypal button to buy an unlock, the phone other 'unlockers' were telling me couldn't be unlocked (I'm still waiting for the money to be returned...) is now working...
