It might not change the world of cinema forever, but I found ‘The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3’ to be a surprisingly enjoyable and tense thriller. It’s a solid thriller/action movie - a little formulaic and predictable at times, but who really cares when you’ve got Denzel Vs. Travolta battling it out on screen. I can recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys a suspenseful action movie, but admittedly I've never seen the original, and I can easily imagine those who love the original might... (read more)
