    Having read a very damning review regarding Pennine windows,Huddersfield -I was quite anxious about using them, even though they were by far the most competitive. Having visited their showroom and factory where the products are manufacturered I was completly reassured. Having had all our windows and doors fitted I must say the service was exceptional - great quality of work, fast and competetive. Cannot fault the workmanship and whole experience.

    I must say, my experience with Pennine Home Improvements is COMPLETELY different from the above. They have fitted a conservatory, 2 doors & a garage window & all I can say is FANTASTIC JOB GENTS. From the original call, they have been professional & courteous. Yes they have been a couple of times were I have had to ring them when they were ringing me but that happens with any business now a days doesn't it!     Ever cautious, we've waited before heaping praise on you but it's rained, more than a little and the replacement roof to our garden room has come through that test. Therefore it's true to offer you our thanks for a job which was professional from start to finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pennine Home Improvements.

    I used Pennine Home Improvements rather than a larger firm because the salesman told us in our own home that they were a local family business and we would get a quality service! WRONG! He didn't want to know when the problems started even though he promised to sort any if they arose. This firm are only interested in you until they take your money (they don't accept credit cards) now I know why because you are protected with credit card purchases.
