I have now had three freeview boxes over the last 14 months each one has failed, I have had no contact with thomson with regards to the faults experienced. I am not a satisfied customer and would not recommend this product to anyone thinking of buying a thomson recorder.
They do not have any kind of back up when things go wrong. (read more)
